Day 865 Acceptance

The only thing of value that exists is every single one of us. Living this statement actually means you have value. Those who are selfish don't have any value. This entire reality is built on the principle that all lives matter equally. And that is why at death you will see that only those who can stand as point, will have any access to what matters. If you disagree with me, your an abuser. Because what you are saying is that not everyone is worthy of care, of money, of support, of food and all and everything we need to become effective individuals that can care and support others in turn. Abusers are a common thing, and Abusers are irrelevant. To be an abuser is to be a distraction that is to be ignored. Because those who understand and support Life, need our attention. Isn't it funny how abusers want attention? I think its hilarious.  Just like how we stop our thoughts, we also stop the abusers. We ignore them. We don't give them any attention. Life need nourishment, need...

Day 859 Working/my job

On my phone with the shipt app open: an offered order pops up. I am reading it's details. I have thoughts: of my mom saying Yogan you have to take what you can get. Also thought of: the only thing that matters is making money. Which I feel stress while thinking this. Stress is like anxiety. My belly gets constricted, I feel this unpleasant experience in my belly. It's like I have to move quickly.  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think that the only thing that matters is making money. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to through thinking that "the only thing that matters is making money", thus accept the experience of stress and anxiety, for as long as I am making money, my experience of myself doesn't matter. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think: "I have to accept what I can get"  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel guilt within not accepting an offered order because I ...
Here is my plan to Create Bravery within what is best for all 1. Write out and speak out the words in writing and in real time moments and conversations online and offline that reflect our collective and individual responsibility for this world, for our own individual actions. 2. Be direct with individuals when what they say and do is direct abuse, by telling them what they are doing, and how it is unacceptable and what I will do in response, which will be for the purpose of assisting them to face their responsibility We all have collectively created this world as it is, and we are all responsible. Even children are self-responsible. There is no one immune or innocent when it comes to this responsibility of existence or all that exists everywhere. Imagine if you were a stranger who walked upon something happening that is abusive. The fact that you walked upon it, and saw it, already means you can do something. Even if it already has transpired, you can still do something to prevent...

Day 827 The Words

Black Lives Matter The fight to bring justice and reform is important. To protect the lives of people is important. To remove those who don't live with integrity, honor and respect all life from positions of power is important. Currently our culture has been one of money and power. Those who have money, have the power. I have heard proposals of defunding police departments and reinvesting in services such as mental health hotlines that would be first responders designed to handle mental health situations. And to create other such services that can respond instead of the police where force is unnecessary. Force should always be a last resort and it must be wielded respectfully and by those with the utmost integrity and deserving of trust. It is a honorable position, or at least is should be. Obviously that honor has been lost. I think about what if I were to join a police department and be a police officer. Would I be the only good man there? Meaning, that I am looking to be ki...

Day 826 Valuing my Aloneness

Aloneness is highly valuable. I realize that the space of aloneness that I had as a kid where its like I could be alone with me and my body even though I was in a entire classroom of people. And with that aloneness I was untouchable, I was safe and free, and more so I had Me. I could Imagine scenery and things happening. I was secure and safe. And no one was pestering me, stalking me, bothering me. No one was after me. I was left alone,  I was respected. But having someone stalk me, go after me, pester me constantly, and me accepting and allowing that is not okay. I have to fight and defend my right to be left alone and at peace. Fuck off! Leave me be. I want to be alone. I don't want to talk with you. I don't want a relationship with you. That Aloneness is sacred. And that aloneness does depend on money. Owning your own space on this earth. Unfortunately that is how it exists, but we have to fight for equal money so all may be free to be alone and create. Being respect...

Day 822 Billionaires aren't to blame, we all are.

The other day I was talking with someone about something that I had observed recently. And this is how the reason why the Billionaires and the Elite aren't doing what they can to help people like truly and not fakely, is because they don't see all others as themselves. They don't have that point of course you are me and I am you, that sense of equality and oneness with yourself, with others, with your reality. Because if they did then the action would follow naturally. So the main reason why this is important is the point of how we blame the billionaires for the issue, when the heart of the issue is with their heart, and so with our heart. So in our hearts as humanity, are we standing within oneness and equality with humanity? with reality? with each other? with everyone? The answer is no. Because if the answer were yes, then everytime you would ever engage in a conversation with someone, you would listen to them fully, you would ask questions fully, you would see the w...

Day 773 Does money corrupt all?

What's going on with money and the minds of people? Does money have some magical powers? On the one hand, you need money to survive. On the other hand, once you have money enough for living, then how or why does money have an affect on us like wanting to hoard money and protect it? Is money corrupting us? Does money have any power really? If you trace back the moment of making a decision to spend money, you can follow the lines and see how money is spent from a starting point of a feeling. We feel something and therefore we spend money. Within this starting point of money, we can enter into a point of possession. Where money becomes more important that people in our lives, and in doing what is best for all. What's going on here? The simple point would be that we define money within a relationship of energy, and when we accept and allow that energy to build and grow unchecked, then we become consumed by it and we forget who we are. Yet look, can energy really make you to...

Day 754 I am not a Follower

So what I was walking with my mind in today/yesterday was this point of Standing where I was standing to NOT be a Follower of My mind, or within my preprogrammed life. So in my preprogrammed life/mind I am meant to be someone who is not standing out, who doesn't go against the grain, who is invisible, who blends into society, blends into his career/work, who is quiet within that life, who doesn't rock the boat, who doesn't share his opinions, keeps to himself. This is my preprogramming, and this is who i am within my mind, and within my life, and within myself. Within that programming it feels natural, it feels comfortable, it feels familiar, it feels right. So I am standing up and putting a stop to the programming. This involves some physical actions and physical stance, and insisting in certain actions which are my own, which are going against the grain, which is radical, which is going against the tradition, going against what is accepted as normal in society, it g...

Day 753 Preprogramming and Working for Money

Preprogrammed to NOT work for money. The statement: Do what you Love to do, find a Career that you Love to do. What this statement is saying is to follow your Preprogramming- Do what you were preprogrammed to do. The one missing piece of information that general people lack is that every person was preprogrammed through their mind consciousness system to have a preprogrammed life path- which meant that SOME people were preprogrammed to work for Money for example, or to be a doctor or lawyer, or to be a scientist or teacher etc... or to even be poor, to be an alcoholic, to be failure and live a painful life. Everyone is preprogrammed. So the statement of doing what you love to do, is basically telling you to trust your feelings and emotions, and so to simply do whatever it was you were preprogrammed to do. Some people are more lucky than others. For me, I was preprogrammed to be something like a Guru, and at the very least I was preprogrammed to NOT be working for money. I can at ...

Day 712 Stopping the Mind? For Beginners

Continuing from yesterday's post: https://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2019/04/day-711-i-chose-to-live-more.html If you are trying to stop the mind for the first time, you may come across the following. You may feel crappy/weird/odd or even dirty in your body. The simple reason is this, you have so long been preoccupied and distracted in your mind that you haven't ever really felt what you really were going through on a day to day basis. So welcome to the real world AS they say in the Matrix Movie. The basics are this: which you can find a nice summary on eqafe in these series https://eqafe.com/p/self-awareness-steps-for-the-elite-introduction-part-1    So you have multiple layers to the mind. The first three are Conscious mind, subconscious mind, and unconscious. There are more. Anyway, back to the point. So just stopping that steady stream of thought already is a drastic change to how you perceive reality. Then stopping your energy. So Thought produces energy. Tha...

Day 89 Why Do I wake up Everyday? Second TAKE

So I have been looking at this question about why I wake up everyday. I am looking at the dimension of How I have Woke up in the Past, and Why and for what I woke up for in the Past. I am also looking at the dimension of Redefinition and what I would genuinely like to love, would love to live, what would serve me the best!!!!!!! So let's get started!!!!! I listened to this eqafe interview on Mood Swings, and it help focus in on how I can wake up in a MOOD and how that can affect my day. https://eqafe.com/p/moods-moods-and-our-daily-lives-atlanteans-part-505 And helping me remember that it all comes down to a choice. You are faced with a mood, and you don't want to do the dishes, and you decide to do it anyway, as yourself, as your body, with your presence, and you transform the moment of a bad mood to a simply physical doing that is calm, natural, good-feeling like in a very normal way. Like a very natural like doing. At the same time in the beginning you may have to real...

Day 58 Explanation of Everything

From the big to the small. From the state of corruption in some country's government. From monopolies of businesses. From Liberal Rich States and countries, to the poor. To country's starving people. To desecration of land. To the flow of money. To the emotion of anger. To the feeling of Love. Everything can be explained and understood. The human. The human has a body, and a mind. The mind creates the personality you have been using. 99.99999999% of people don't know the extent of their mind, what it does, and why it exists. 99.9999999% of people are disempowered. All of these people gave all their power away. Realizing yourself, means realizing what your mind is and what it does. It means being honest with yourself about what you know already. The flow of money, the flow of decisions, the flow of moments all come down to this basic awareness. How energy flows in your body. Stopping this energy is of utmost importance. Consider it like poison. Energy flowing i...

Day 50 - Make the MOST of what you GOT!!!

Even Einstein had a mother, had people in his life. He was born in a country that had stability. He had school, he had teachers. He had food. Now, I didn't look up these facts, but its logical. Its logical because of how things work. The point is that in my life everything I have done and have achieved, everything I will do and achieve, everything is due to many many people who have been there for me and supported me in some way or another. These include parents who fed me. Now, even if your parents were alcoholic and abusive, they also did things that supported you, even if it was just food. The point here is that no man or woman is an island, no man or woman does it ALONE. Your literal body was born into this world through two people, and your defenseless helpless as a baby. You somehow got raised. Not everyone makes it that far. So yes there are bad things. There are wars, and instability. Your country may not be safe. And these are all bad things. So when you look at someone li...

Day 36 A Solution to a Problem

My purpose and Meaning.  My purpose is to work a 40 hr a week job, pay for my needs, give money to support the desteni process, in so doing I support with money the development of awareness in people/humanity. My purpose is to share myself online so that others walking process may be supported. My purpose and meaning is to express myself creatively as dance, music, art, singing, play, writing, joking, etc... I live my meaning and purpose everyday.  Who I am? I am my body, my being, my self-expression. I am the work I do, and the money I give. I am the song I sing, and movement I dance. I am the words I write and speak. I am the work I do, the blogs I write, the people that listen/read my words. I am expression. I am the support I give and receive. I am my job, my work, what I give to others. I am the moment I express in and live in. I am the process I walk to bring awareness within me, and within others. I am the self-forgiveness I speak and commitments I make. I ...

Day 29 Reflections on Personal Economics

Based on my preliminary calculations, the most of the money I spend goes to where I live, the house/apartment, food and then transportation. Where other minor expenses goes to things like cell-phone, parking, gas. Otherwise if I get a higher paying job, like twice the amount I make, and I live with the same expenses, everything else I make will be profit, will be unhindered by my living expenses. I make about 25,000 $ a year before taxes. And each month I have about 500$ That I have after my living expenses. In a year that is $6000. . So If I make 30,000 a year that will be 11,000 $ profit in a year. And if I make 50,000 that is 31,000$ in a year. If I rented my own apartment that live by myself that will cost at least 500 $ more a month. That will make living expenses to 25,000 $. Though if I have roommates and rent rooms that will be back down to what it was before. If I were to crash my car and wreak it that will set me back by 9000$ at least. If I get some sickness/disease that c...

Day 15 Broken Wages Broken System

Here's a simple observation about the economy and free market system. In order for you to hire someone to do something for you, lets say a gardener for example. You would have to meet a certain number of conditions. First you need to be making more money than what you need to survive. Because you won't hire someone else for something if you cannot even eat. Secondly if you would pay someone a certain money per hour that is more than what you make per hour, than you would obviously just do the work yourself instead of paying the person, assuming you can. Often what happens is that a person who makes $30 per hour will pay someone who make 8$ an hour to do the work. I know the math may be difficult to get but look at the fact that someone is making $8 an hour, and someone else who makes $30 an hour is paying them just 8$ an hour. Assuming that all jobs would pay the same rate lets say $100 an hour or $10 an hour, than why would you ever hire ANYBODY to do anything you can do you...

Day11 - Depression as Cynicism and Pessimism

Today I learned that I have been feeling depression as Cynicism and Pessimism that the a world that is best for all won't happen. I felt this way as a reaction to seeing people give up, argue for their limitations, not willing to change, look at a point, or learn from it. It came from seeing people talking about money, and the natural world like its a dead thing. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel depression when seeing people talk about the nature as a dead thing and talk about how important money is. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel depression when I see people argue for their limitations and refuse to investigate themselves further. I also feel this way when people tell me how a world that is best for all is not possible. I also feel angry as I try to tell them why it is. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel depressed when people tell me that a world that is best for all is not possible. I forgiv...

Day 9 What I learned about Love

Love is now a feeling I can identify clearly within me. I can see it within me as a trigger to this video game. I can see it trigger when watching this or that movie. I can see it trigger in my memories with this person. Love is a feeling, an energy, which doesn't need to exist. Looking at how it works, how it exists within me: it is triggered by various media. And the moments that I felt love as a feeling with another person, was also triggered by the moment, by the situation. One memory where I felt love as an energy was when I was laying down and holding my girlfriend at the time, the bed was comfortable. The image of the place was perfect. And I felt the energy I generated within me attached to this moment. What is interesting about feelings is that they are attached to only particular or specific moments. For example, you won't find this love when the same "loved one" is yelling at you. How useful can the feeling of Love be, when its not there when you need it?...

Earning Wealth

How can wealth be theft? I was once a young person who was a college student who never had a real job before. Since then I have had jobs. I have worked in sales, I have learned about how things work in a small business, I have worked in a small school, I have worked for a large company. The world system and the people in the world system make themselves seem big, bigger than they are, they puff themselves up. Everyone inflates their egos, and the winners tend to win by doing so. So when they say things like that people that are rich, that make it in the world DESERVE it and they WORKED HARD for it, can make themselves sound right because they are so confident, they don't have a shred of doubt. All the while this isn't about truth, but about justifying one's own actions that are abusive. It is to lessen the guilt and to hide the truth. The money people make, the profit can be used to change the world so that all may be happy and well off. This is a simple fact. Though...

Purpose and Meaning

Sometimes we ask what our purpose and meaning is in life. Our purpose and meaning is each other and life itself. Our purpose and meaning is to live for ourselves, each other, and everyone. To live this life, live in this body. To find a way where your actions will accumulate to improve the quality of life of everyone. Our purpose and meaning in life is each person. Our purpose, our mission, is to live with each person, stand with them, walk beside them. It is to hold each person within you. It is to hold yourself within the palm of your hands. Do good. Live good. Foster life, nurture life. Provide. Give. We can recreate this world so that all may have. We can recreate a town so that all may have. We can recreate the land beneath our feet so that it can provide for all. Our purpose is to enjoy every moment and to spend every moment living the responsibility of being able to do good, and live well with everyone. Money can be used for good. We can create, build and farm the thin...
