Day 846 Fear can be a Positive Experience

So I stumbled upon something recently. It is about Fear. That fear can be experienced as a positive or negative experience. So the idea that Fear is only something negative is wrong. And because of what I learned about Anger some 2 years ago, that it can also be lived in a positive way, then it makes sense to conclude that perhaps all emotions/feelings can actually be experienced as positive or negative.  This is a revolutionary perspective. As it brings the focus more on energy and how we are perhaps choosing or living experiences based on positivity/negativity, so polarity. Because the end goal of the mind is simply to garner more energy for itself through experience, and it doesn't really care whether it is positive or negative.  A brain scientist might say that emotions/feelings are just chemical experiences in our bodies. To which I would say that if you look at how we actually relate to it on a meta-physical level, then it is interacting on the level of personality...

Relationships

Everyone has a relationship with everyone. Yet not everyone has a relationship with everyone. What this means is that we may have a relationship with everyone, but we may not even be aware of it, invest in it, or get it any attention. Within the world system, we have agreed to follow certain rules and procedure for relationships. This includes all types. Friendships, work relationships, romantic relationships. We believe that our emotions are us, and they need to be respected. We believe that we must respect how each one feels. Again, with the ownership. Where if someone hurts your feelings its their fault. We treat our emotions like tangible objects, like stones that hurt you. And it can also be like sex, where its like someone is giving you something wonderful just through your emotions. With these rules we feel just in acting and reacting as we do. If someone disrespects your emotions they deserve punishment. If someone makes you feel good, well you owe them a favor. With ...

Why so guilty? 327

Realigning Guilt. SO what is interesting that I have observed today is how when I feel guilty, I enter into it completely without question. This means that I feel guilty, and accept the experience, when I do not even know whether I did something or I am doing something that I am feeling guilty for. It is like that when i feel guilty I already accept and believe that I did do that thing, even though I don't know for sure with confidence that I did. So guilt is misaligned within me. With all honesty I can see that I don't know whether I did this thing that I feel guilty for. Yet I feel guilty all the same and I believe and act like I did do this thing. Why is this? This is the result of trusting my feeling and following my intuition as a feeling, as a trust for my feeling to have some knowledge or access or awareness outside and above/greater than what is here available to my awareness. Like with tarot card readings, higher guides, psychics, divine beings, spiritually conne...

Im not the only one 231

Im not the only one So these words are specific, "Im not the only one." At first glance, they might not seem much, however I ask you to look at these words with me: "I'm not the only one," and join me in asking ourselves have I really lived these words and the realization/truth that they are? In my life in totality, I haven't because I have for the most part only considered ME, and my life, and what mattered to me. I wasn't considering other people, and their lives. Today there was one such instance that I would like to draw upon within redefining and changing me, and my behavior and how I relate to others, and this world. I won't go into the details, like dates, facts and names, about this event, but the principles and nature of the event is important. I was reacting to a specific person, and it was a rather unusual and peculiar reaction. So I was working at understanding what is going on here, until I came to the point that I am not the only...

Applying what I learned today- incorporating memories.

So something interesting opened up with my chat with my buddy from DIP today. Im just going to apply it now and then talk about it after. So in the moment, sitting down in front of my computer, making a deep sigh, turning my eyes to the side, and thinking I don't know what to do and feeling stressed. A memory of sitting the night before a paper is due for a college class. I need to work on it and I haven't been working on it. I feel stressed. I start thinking to myself that I can't do it that it is too late. I forgive myself for accepting adn allowing myself to feel stressed when I have a ton of work to do. I perceive the same thing towards the moment of sitting down, here to write this blog. That it is too late for some things, like some consequences. I am thinking of the death of a dog that I might have prevented if I were different. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to punish myself through use of this memory whenever I take responsibility adn...
