Day 846 Fear can be a Positive Experience

So I stumbled upon something recently. It is about Fear. That fear can be experienced as a positive or negative experience. So the idea that Fear is only something negative is wrong. And because of what I learned about Anger some 2 years ago, that it can also be lived in a positive way, then it makes sense to conclude that perhaps all emotions/feelings can actually be experienced as positive or negative.  This is a revolutionary perspective. As it brings the focus more on energy and how we are perhaps choosing or living experiences based on positivity/negativity, so polarity. Because the end goal of the mind is simply to garner more energy for itself through experience, and it doesn't really care whether it is positive or negative.  A brain scientist might say that emotions/feelings are just chemical experiences in our bodies. To which I would say that if you look at how we actually relate to it on a meta-physical level, then it is interacting on the level of personality...

Day 38 Lying takes effort/practice

I observed today that lying takes effort. I was lying today as part of what is required/expected in the system, which meant presenting myself in a desirable way in the eyes of the system. The little bit of lying I did was exhausting. I then observed and realized how pretty much 99% of the time, in the vast majority of everyday life in the system we are lying, and that we have practiced lying and that it takes effort, and that we end up tired and drained because of all the lying. I saw I was tired from what little lying I did. After time and practice I could get better at it, and less tired, but still I don't want to lie. Can you see where lying occurs daily? A pop psychology article pointed out how we lie throughout the day, where most people cannot spend like 5 minutes without speaking a lie, on average. So can you think of some examples of lying? How about when someone ask how you are doing? Do you tell the truth or do you lie? Do you just say, Im good, Im okay etc... Is th...

Being Positive

What does it practically mean to be Positive in this world, in such a way that it supports oneself as well as everyone else? So this means for example, always looking for the solution to problems that exists, that one encounters, and assist others to see the solutions that exists in the problems they face. It also means being proactive, meaning that when one encounters the problem and sees the solution, that one immediately moves to manifesting that solution into reality. That it doesn't just stay within one's mind as a thought or an idea. That one actually creates it and makes it so. It also means that one doesn't participate within problems and create more problems that don't exist. Instead one is able to analyze problems, deconstruct problems so to understand them, because the more one understands the problem, the more one understands the solution. Because the solution is found WITHIN the problem. To be positive in this world means that when one encounters a ...

What is Actual Happiness? So I had the opportunity/gift to be in a complete mind/energetic state for several hours. And it did start from the Positive and go into the negative. I say this is a gift because I needed cross-reference and understanding that this was indeed positive feelings, which I was unsure about. I took this entire event and wrote it out, with the detail and specificity where I am confident that future such moments of positivity of any kind, including small moments, won't occur, because I will identify them for what they are, remember this pattern I wrote out, and stop them in the moment, which I have already started to do after having done my writing. So today, this moment, it will be about the Positive! Let me say first that to all new readers, note that the skills/tools I am applying were developed through Desteni and the Desteni Courses, which if you're interested in applying such points for yourself, sign up for the DIP Lite course at lite.desteni...
