Day 795 Sixth Door- Letting someone into your Life, and Letting someone out of your Life

Image
Proceeding down the hall, I see another door that I fear to go, and don't want to open. Overly Emotional when something happens in my Relationships- either Friendships or Partners. I can just open a door and then close a door, its not a big deal if someone enters my life and just leaves. But I can see my emotions, me being emotional about it, as if to say I care about them more cause I am emotional. Emotions don't equal care. Care is not emotional. Its not as big as a deal as I am making it out to be. Just open a door and close a door. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel emotional when someone enters my life and when someone leaves my life. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel super excited when someone enters my life. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel devastated when someone leaves my life. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel it to be rude or disrespectful to say that som...

Day 19 Moana the Movie

I really like the movie Moana. It is made by Disney. I like the Water. I observed the water specifically. How the water acted is how I act with children. It is my philosophy of the best way to work with kids. You guide them and step in only when you are needed. And knowing when to step back. Making the statement Knowing when to step in and knowing to step back, you might be like WTF???? But at the same time, ask yourself, YOU, do YOU ever step back or hold yourself back when your working with kids or with your own kids. Or do you every time just step in naturally. If you never step back, then know your probably messing things up, lol. Cause for SURE there are moments to step back. For sure. Without a doubt. So, The water steps back and you get to see who Moana is. You get to see Moana make her decision, you get to see Moana realize who she is. You get to see Moana lead herself. When Moana gives up the water accepts. When Moana is ready to fight, but isn't strong enough th...

Disney's Frozen 2013 Meaning and Lessons

Image
The movie Frozen was made by Disney. It is an animated musical. There are some really interesting and different elements and story points that were present in this movie that actually had a greater depth and groundedness in reality than most films. The most palpable story element is how Elsa's ice power are directly influenced and affected by her emotional state, especially fear. As well, if she is grounded and clear within herself her ice power also reflects that. So overall, depending on who Elsa is, her power and so her ice CREATION is determined by this. This is a very true theme, because in real life our 'who we are' influences and determines our own creations, whether it be a work of art, a wood crafting project, or something like making a speech or presentation, or simply having a conversation, if we are feeling a certain emotion or trapped in a certain thought, that will determine the outcome of who we are and what we produce. Movies have the power of story te...

Gaming: Conflicting forces of personal shame and judgement within Myself 257

Losing your Purpose in Gaming https://www.facebook.com/events/813442582038134/ So in about 1-2 days, I will be on a hangout on gaming possession. While during this hangout I will be discussing possession of gaming, and the negative side effects of this addiction. I would like to focus on this blog particularly on a completely different point on my gaming experience. While there are lots of positive and negations attitudes I have towards gaming, there are some practical points that I did learn and found useful in gaming. In general my attitude towards gaming is a mix of shame, embarrassment, guilt, on one end, and on the other end excitement, thrill, enjoyment, and fun. For the negative spectrum, I have this voice within me that says gaming is childish, and shouldn't be done by adults, and makes people stupid, and is something that is a waste of time. Particularly because of this side, I would like to point out, what lessons I have learned and applied from the games I have play...
