Ever notice how in every single class, like the majority of what is taught comes straight from a textbook, or collection of books? I mean, what does the teacher do what interpret what is says in the teacher's edition of the textbook and shares their interpretation to the class. Yet the class is required to read the textbook anyway. So what's the point of the teacher really? I mean, why can't we just read the textbook and learn the material that way? That is what many people have done throughout history, learn by reading. So reading is essential. But the other essential thing is a good book, that is written well and explain what it is teaching very well. If you have a bad book or book that is plain wrong then you are wasting your time. Remember books are written by people, so a person is literally writing down their knowledge for you to learn. I mean the teacher isn't the one who wrote the textbook. The Magical Box Have you ever heard the story about magical the box? It goes like this...  On a pyramid somewhere, on the very top, lies a magical box. To open this box you need to first climb the pyramid, and you need a special key. What is the key that you need? Energy. So while you climb the pyramid you must gather energy from the lower levels. In each level of the pyramid you will find access to specific energies that will give you access to the next level of the pyramid. It is essential that any who wishes to open the box to gather the energy. The energy is the key to opening the box. And the more energy you bring the longer you can stay in the box. While in the box all its dark and quiet, it feels like heaven/enlightenment, you become like light. It is a box after all so it is pitch black. So I read the Virus Free Mind Book, written by Bernard Poolman, and published around 2000, I believe. I found very useful insights, and explanations, on various topics and points. There were certainly many positive points and perspectives I haven't considered before.  I certainly recommend everyone to read it. https://eqafe.com/p/virus-free-mind The book is very well flowing. Each chapter follows one another quite nicely. The illustrations were insightful. I found the exercises quite practical and well-explained. I enjoyed the play on words that Bernard utilized in a constructive purpose. There was obviously some of Bernard light worker side coming through at times, but that were limited to a few sections. Keep in mind that this was written before the portal opened. All in all, I give it 5/5.
