Day 763 An Imagination of Being Stabbed in the Back

There's a lot that I have been walking in my mind that is complex/complicated to share in a way that it will be understood without being judge or misunderstood. But I will in this blog share what I can while focusing more on the principle of the points, and so trying to avoid confusion or judgment from people because then it would prevent the readers/people from assimilating the message/lesson. There is a technique employed that involves me visualizing a person who I know I have a reaction to. So I visualize them and I try to see them as me as one and equal in that my imagination naturally turned to the point of hugging them. So here I am observing my own mind, and my own reactions and I am utilizing what I am seeing as a way to inform me of the reactions so I can align the points. I will know if I am understanding the misalignment if I can finally realign the point. So in the imagination they would be stabbing me in the back as I would try to hug them. Day 79 Perfect Partner? Live here, Act here, Do here.

Something I had done which was a mistake was to write out what my perfect/ideal partner would be. I didn't realize it at the time that I was making a mistake, and supporting separation between me and other people I meet. To understand why, let me explain. When we meet people it is like a seed is there, we don't know where it will grow, move or bend. It is unknown. We just met the person. So why would we put all of our ideas, thoughts, projections on what it COULD BE, or SHOULD BE, or what you WANT IT TO BE. Why not just be here and See what is here, be here in the moment, make sure you stick to your process, your principles, integrity, and being your best self. And from that, by doing this, something may eventually, through time and participation in moments of being here like this with a person..... something may emerge. And it is there that it is real. Day 34 Fundamentals of the Mind

Have you observed that with just the words THOUGHT, EMOTION and FEELING, (where emotions are the negative energy you feel and feelings are the positive version) constitutes most if not all of the human experience. Look how in your mind that in ANY given moment you are either having a Thought, an emotion or a feeling. Besides that the other option would be to have you awareness be placed within the body, such as in Breathing. Now, breathing fucks with the Mind. Because while you are breathing purposefully there is no space for your awareness to entertain a Thought.. So Breathing Fucks with the mind because no Energy is created. This is why the Physical is Key. But look how with these three words thoughts, emotions and feelings, you already describe any given moment of you life, past or present. So bringing your awareness and attention to THIS moment always you can STOP the thought, emotion and feelings and radically change yourself. ANYONE can do this. If you can prove to yourself t...

Day 40 The secret to live without being influenced is to stop influencing others

Solution: If you see someone is reactive, step out of their way. Meaning, if someone is sharing their viewpoint in a reactive manner, I myself want to stop their reaction. But you can't help someone to change if they don't want to. So learning to let go, is a big point to stop the "influence." If you let go of the person inside of you, which really means letting go of your reaction to the person's reaction, then what they say won't have any affect on you. So that letting go, stepping aside, moving out of the way, so you can let them face Life and learn through Life how they need to take responsibility for their emotions and feelings. So assist once, and assess whether they are able/willing/ready for help. If not, then step out of the way. Otherwise, you will fight with them, react with them, argue, sharing your opinions, and keep repeating yourself, and they keep repeating themselves, when the truth is you can't help them, even though you want to help. Working with Constructive Criticism

So I was presented with constructive criticism, and so I faced an old pattern where when someone provides critical feedback, I resist and react personally. So the correction is to listen to the feedback and try it out. It is a simple point, yet the correction is not often applied by many people. To support others, what I do is to see what I am feeling, to breathe, and firstly agree unconditionally to try out what the person is saying. So within that I am clear and objective and honest. If I feel emotional or resistance, that means my breathing wasn't effective, so also my decision to stop wasn't effective.

One of my goals D98

So one of my goals for me is to see things as they are. That I do not assume anything extra. That I would just see what is here. I just look at the facts. And so I place things into perspective. And so from that point i can learn about the actual real relationships between things in this world. I can see how things function in reality. I can find that objective truth. And so I would know that if someone tells me something and he/she says that it is true. I can can for myself what is actually being presented, and what are the state of affairs for this truth. Is it knowable? Can I test it? Also, is it even relevant. There are so many quesitons and so many persepectives on any one point that I can investigate any point many times over, and if the point is an absolute truth it should stand from all valid perspectives. Within that I can find trust. And I know that all it takes to break te trust is for a point to be unreliable, which it simply becomes reliably unrealible, if that makes sense...
