Day 693 The Most Positive Message that Exists

I was considering titling this Desteni, the most positive message that exists... The thing is that Desteni won't always exist. Desteni is  group of people with a purpose. And the message of Desteni is aligned with the heart/spirit of existence of life itself. This heart of life goes beyond anything you can conceive of or think about. It doesn't belong to anyone alone. It isn't contained within just the Desteni group. Desteni is the vehicle in which this message can come into creation, be aligned with the beings of this physical reality. And this heart of life, the very nature and essence of life, more beautiful and more perfect than anything, yet its found everywhere, embedded everywhere, yet not being lived by the beings. Life is not bound by the polarity of good and evil, right and wrong. It is not positive or negative. One way to put it is that the heart, spirit or essence of life is beyond the definitions of positivity currently lived in this world. Too many...

Day 51 - ending chronic Anger

Chronic Anger is a problem. It is infectious. You ever notice how anger is one of those things that spreads so easily? If someone in a room speaks in anger, it immediately, readily and easily passes itself along to everyone else? Its so infectious. Other kinds of emotions don't seem to work that way. Happiness? doesn't spread so easily. Sadness? doesn't spread so easily. Fear? I think fear actually spreads pretty easily. These are just my observations. So there is something about Anger and Blame. It jacks up your heart, and hits you where it hurts. It gets you going. You act on it, you feed on it. You retaliate with it So easy to do it. Taking the high road. Being professional. Doing your job right. Requires not acting in anger. Being open, intimate, vulnerable, goes in the opposite direction of anger. Whereas with anger you are throwing stones, being intimate, open and vulnerable, is to be bare naked almost inviting attacks on yourself, because you won't fight ...

Day 14 Anger as Positive Reinforcement

Something I notice from the recent years in Trump being president and the liberal left and conservative right is the amount of anger there is on both sides. What is interesting to observe is how people believe that Anger is a sign of caring. Because Trump is Visually angry people believe he really cares about America. On the left side, with Bernie Sanders, he too was outraged and people believed because he was so upset he must care. In my observation of everyday life, people who are angry about things are deemed as people who care about things. In all truth though this can just be a ruse or trick. Being angry doesn't necessarily mean you care, however because of what people believe, this becomes what people see to be a sign of of caring. If you are deceived by someone who pretends to be angry, its your responsibility for believing that anger means people care. It doesn't mean anything. Anger itself feels good. It is self-rewarding and so self-reinforcing. It becomes an ad...

The Right/Wrong Headphones 269

Continuing from yesterday.  http://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2015/05/my-goodbad-colored-glasses-268.html Right/wrong. So like good and bad, right/wrong are two words. They are two words meaning the same point as good/bad. They are not aligned to what is best for all. Right is aligned to ego, self-interest, belief as well as what is good. Wrong is linked to inferiority, bad, as well as ego, self-interest and self-definition. They are not part of the assessing processing and determination that is essential to what is best for all, and like good/bad they are one dimensional, and simply a category or label, lived within emotions or feeling.  In a world that is best for all, there is no use for "right " "wrong." There is just that which is best for all, and that which needs to be aligned to what is best for all. If you are staying within a thought or definition of "I am right" or "I am wrong," then you have a mental...

Removing the words good or bad, and finding practicality - day 164

Posting something I shouldn’t have. Writing something I shouldn’t have. Causing harm through writing something self-dishonestly and publishing it. Doing harm. Doing wrong. Wronging myself.
