Self-support on self-judgment 276

https://eqafe.com/p/overcoming-self-judgements-reptilians-part-398 For this moment, I am looking at self-judgment within me. I had a listen to the above interview on self-judgments and how to overcome it. I suggest listening to this interview for those who are interested in overcoming self-judgments, because in my blog, I will be only walking my own self-judgments, I won't be providing guidance in how to walk through it, and if you are looking for guidance in walking self-judgments, I suggest listening to this interview.  So I have been looking at this point, and it is a notable theme throughout my past week and the points I worked with. So it does seem subtle, and now I have a self-judgment.  When looking inside now, this is what I see Layer 1: Nervousness. So first, I feel nervous, in response to looking at me, and at this point.  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel nervous, in reaction to looking at my self-judgment. I ...

What do I do when I am face with something New? I embrace it. 241

So like I said in my previous blog, I will only be writing on substantial points. So I see within me the space to integrate myself further into responsibilities, thus things that will create a visible change in reality. I have many creative ideas already, so I am not short of ideas. What is missing is the application. There is some energy of resistance, its not very intense however. What I find though is that things are very silent, and living out these responsibilities, things are silent, and with that silence I feel fear. Strange isn't it? But its here. It feels almost like a subtle wavelength that moves with the silence. Haha, so as if the silence has sound? Haha. This fear hidden in the silence is tied to the fear of living these responsibilities so absolutely that they are a part of me completely. This is what this fear actually is. And the silence is just the future point, what I anticipate/expect the future to be like without fear... strange how the fear is tied to... being...

Day 125- Walking some Supportive Words & walking a Mind Pattern of reacting while Communicating

So I have been noticing something, that some of us walking the JTL, may have been feeling stuck, for a long time. So when I have felt stuck in a rut before, well... one thing I know is that I am not living the principle(s) that are best for all. What do I mean by this? Well, in this writing, I am going to try to be very direct, and say things very plain. This is an experiment, because maybe how the mind works, it hates plain, it hates things being direct. So for those that really want a boost in there process or correction, this may work. I don't know, all I know is that I can write considering all points, all perspectives on this earth, and that is what I can do, and I can write in many many ways to express it, and here is one such way. HAHHAHAAH. Anyway, So I guess I already said what I wanted to say to help those to get out of a sticky rut. To write by the principles you know already. Consider all points, ask yourself what is best for all, and well, write what is best for all. ...

Valuing Writing more than Application

So one thing that I have been doing is valuing the part of process of writing more than the part of application. So I write about something, and then I forget about what I wrote and also ignore my application within my daily living. And I feel guilty when I don't write as if what I write is the point of my process of self-change, which it isn't, it is in fact only a part, one stepping stone within process. Its just as important to apply what I write and to actually change. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel guilty when I don't write. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to value writing more than the application of my writing. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to ignore moments where I can apply what I wrote in my daily living. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to forget what I write about, especially points where I can change in my daily living and practical application. I commit myself to everyti...
