Day 736 Sacred Feminine

Image
So this word Sacred Feminine is specific. I have a specific reference for that word. I know exactly what this word means to me. I have a reference on how to live this word. I have lived this word deeply in various moments of my life. The sacred feminine, I am using it to refer to the Real Femininity that is an expression of all Life, that we can live here as humans. Its something deep, real and certain. It is something that can exist here and lived very clearly. It is an expression here as oneself, with and as one's body. It is a self-relation, it is a self-movement. It is an embodiment of self, that changes our perception of things and how we take things in. The sacred feminine is not something lived widely by people. It is not widely found or widely seen. It is highly rare. Taking my life as proof to me, I see this to be the case. Yet I have seen the exception, the few who did live it for a moment. I am interested in living the expression that I am referring to with th...

Day 62 My first blog post

Link https://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2012/04/ I know that for other people, they may not get my connection with my first blog post online. Let me try to explain why the moment is special for me and why I revisit it sometimes. There is a purity to someone just starting their process, and posting online for the first time. There is a simplicity, just like a baby or child. There is a purity, a innocence, a good-will of intent. There is also that first step of bravery where you are going public, you are exposing yourself, you are writing something personal and real. My first blog post didn't seem like much, but for me it was. I was REALLY MEANING and standing behind my self-forgiveness. I meant every word, and I wrote it, spoke it, and lived it very deeply within myself. I remember where I was, I remember the feel of the room, I remember the orientation. I remember the emotions and feelings, I remember just the moment. I really had in that moment the intent and will to wa...

Day 41 I am a Group of People

I am a Group of People, You can't walk this process alone. This statement goes much deeper than simply advice from a friend, or advice from a teacher. You can't walk this process alone, in the context of the Process to becoming Life as the Physical... is something about either realizing, seeing, or perhaps more specifically BECOMING a group of people as yourself. There are two different immediate ways to interpret this statement. One way is an ego way of making a group of people Like yourself, superimposing yourself like a big ego. The other, more appropriate way is like the opposite, a humility, and 'losing' of yourself, becoming more than just yourself. I received advice/direction from a person within the group, and simply as MYSELF I couldn't fully see/understand. However, by dropping myself and seeing it as the group, becoming a group of people, becoming like the awareness of a GROUP, taking on the sight, vision, perception, focus, and attention that the g...

day 39 I Decide

I learned that I decide everything regarding to what I want, and what I do. This may seem stupidly obvious, but let me paint you a picture where you will most likely believe what you want is not a decision, that it is already just who you are. Let's start painting. So, Imagine you are a child, or young person, or just any person, whichever best fits this example for you. Imagine that someone asks you what do you want? Pick the example that makes sense for you, but I found that its true in every example. What do you want to eat? What do you want to do? What to do you want to do in Life? What do you want for yourself in the future? Etc... Now... Now... what is your first response? What is your answer? I bet you that you looked inside yourself to find the answer to the question. And that there was the answer. I have a question for you, where did that answer come from? Let me try again. Is what you want simply a part of who you are? Is what you want just your personality, your li...

Day 18 The Self

What comes up within you when speaking, reading, hearing the word Self? Self refers to your self. Are you complete, whole? Are you fractured? Fearful? Worried Happy Sad Joyful What is the word or words? Whatever the words are it doesn't mean its good or bad. What matters is whether you were even aware of your relationship with yourself. What matters is that you have that connection with yourself. What matters is you KNOW what you feel. What matters is that you have that connection BECAUSE then you can actually make changes. Fact, You cannot change yourself without first knowing yourself. You have to Know thyself. Self is not something you can really categorize. Its not good or bad. It just is. You can be separate from yourself. You not know yourself. You can suppress yourself. You can abuse yourself. What words do you live with yourself? What changes can you make, or need to make to make things better? Are you happy with yourself? Maybe you need ...

Day 15 Enjoying the physical

So I have been enjoying the physical. Enjoying the physical sound of music. Enjoying the feeling of my hand outside my car driving, feeling the wind. Being here in my body and addressing/stopping any physical pains. Enjoying the feeling of water on my body while showering. Enjoying the feeling of the cloth in bed. Enjoying the flavor and taste of pickles, bread, cheese. Enjoying the physical sun. Enjoying breathing heavily while working outside. Enjoying paying attention and focusing on a physical project and making it the best outcome. Enjoying playing a trick/joke on other people. Enjoying myself/alone. Enjoying my presence. Enjoying my gentleness and softness. Enjoying my ability to move and express anything I want to express in the moment. Enjoying my ability to work long hours. Enjoying my complete intimacy and depth with myself. Enjoying my own sound while singing. Enjoying my own dance while dancing. Enjoying the feel of my own clothes. Enjoying all of physical reality, in my ...

A Violent Person

Where does violence come from? How is violence created? When I had acted violently, it was either in a blackout, which means I wasn't aware of what I was doing,  or it was in awareness where I felt angry, pumped, energetic, rage, and I made sweeping movements and gestures that were not precise or exact but done to make a point or statement that I am not to be messed with. So it seems fair to say that violence is based within what you have thought and felt beforehand for a long period of time, because it both cases I was provoked by certain individuals over a long period of time of months or years. The exception to this rule is when violence is made purposefully, with cold calculation and precision. I haven't done this, myself, so I can't speak from my own experience, however when it is a very well known fact that soldiers that come back from war, who have killed people, are traumatized. They have deep emotional experiences, thoughts, and vivid memories that revisit them. ...
