Day 830 Truth, Doubt and the Physical

Doubt regarding whether we know what we are doing or if we really know who we are. Who we are is everyone/all. We are each other. We are each other in another life. We are all one and equal. Doubt is just another hurdle to overcome. When you are aligned within yourself with everyone, with all, it does feel without doubt. You know it. And you live it with your body and you can transform your life quickly. Know that doubt feels crappy and that standing as the message that we are all each other and that we are one and equal, feels pretty good in your body. I suppose we empower doubt through the possibility that doubt is right from a point of truth and knowledge. Let's say doubt is right. But even then doubt is crappy. Believing and living a life where we are all separate, and unequal, and lost and disempowered is crappy. I would rather believe and live then the lie that we are all one and equal, and I will live it until it becomes are reality. And that feels pretty good in the bod...

Day 807 Being Silent about what you are Working with

I have been applying a practice of being Silent with points that I am working with, when I know that speaking about it would compromise me in some way. Its like I know or can tell that if I were to share this thing I am working on with someone or certain people, that it would disrupt me in some way. How I know? I suppose its the deep intuitive knowing. You just know. So the difference is that now I am doing that on purpose, I am listening to that knowing. And so I am being quiet about certain things, certain projects, with certain people. We could analyze here the practical reasons and the playouts of why and what happens sometimes. But I think I will leave that to you the reader to figure out and see for yourself. So how I see what i am doing is that its a technique, and its a way of living/doing things. And that it makes me strong/stronger. Because its about me implementing and creating points for me. And that very success matters. And taking responsibility for my word, my word...

Day 771 Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday to the new day. Here we all are on Earth. And today is a new day. In this day and in this moment we are faced with this one process of realizing ourselves as life as everyone. To truly see others as ourselves, to truly see all that exists being equal. This is the challenge. And the way to walk this process, and the only way is to stop the energies of the mind, which are emotions and feelings. That is the only way it can be done, because how we are have been living is by letting our minds, our emotions and our feelings decide for us through reactions. We have given up our responsibility and agency in believing that our personality and our feeling good or bad is what matters or is even real. None of the systems and the mind is real in this reality. None of the personalities, none of the stories, none of the images or projections are real. All that is real is the physical. The physical is plain as day and it does not consist of a story or personality. Its quite boring in...

Day 52 The Importance of an Education

Education is important. No doubt. Yet there are doubters. But what is education? For me I have only recently come to appreciate and, see from an new perspective, Education and what it is. There are a number of topics that I can cover, I will try to cover them all. Education is a word. I can reflect that it is a word. I can recall and remember all the ways this one word can be used. It is connected in my brain to these word possibilities: School, College, University, classes, subjects, math, history, science, literature, teachers, nature vs. nurture, experience, skill, self-taught, questioning, curiosity, truth, honesty, objective, unbiased, arguments, thesis, question, hypothesis, nature, the earth, reality, morality, ethics, best for all, understanding, learning, open. The fact that I connect all these words to the word education is proof that I have a deep, rich, complex education, that is aligned not with fantasy, manipulation, or lies. For some people, education is about such t...

Share what you know

There is a responsibility for those that have access to life experience to share it. If you have experience, knowledge or training that protects you from harm, you have a responsibility to share that with those who don't have it, so that they are protected. If you see someone who is naive, and lacking the knowledge, you have the responsibility to support them to learn so as to protect themselves. IF you have knowledge or training that helps you to do something faster or better, you have the responsibility to share what you know with those who don't know so that they can do something faster or better. Otherwise, they won't know and they maybe will learn after making many mistakes, maybe. So if they harm themselves because they didn't know, it is your fault/responsibility for not sharing the information. If they choose to not listen or apply the information, you have the responsibility to insist, and even to protect them from themselves. If you allow them to harm themsel...

I don't Know

I have observed within myself how the words "I don't know" have been a instrument of disempowerment, of shame, of inferiority, of problem of stress. So, I decide to embrace the self-honesty of not knowing so as to empower myself, and change my relationship to the truth of not knowing. What I see is a vast history within our relationships where those who know are regarded as more valuable. For example knowing the answer to the questions, knowing a subject like math or history, or knowing what you want to do with your life etc... To say, I don't know is like a sin, at least that is how we treat ourselves, and so others. We teach to our children that it is a sin to not know something. This is most well shown within the role of being a teacher, which is not restricted to the paid profession, but includes any or all interaction where one becomes superior within what one knows and speaks from that superiority. A life lesson I have learned is that wherever superiority exis...

I know

I know! I know. I knowwwww!!!!!! I know, I know, I know. Stop telling me, I know!!!!!!! I don't know what I am doing. I don't know what I am going to do. I don't know!   Have you ever felt this way? I have. I felt stressed, annoyed irritated, shameful, confused, lost, worried, afraid and despair. Why does this happen? The best thing to do is to look at a memory to figure out this question. So I remember when I was learning to drive and my father was teaching me. He was telling me something I already knew, so I told him I know, I know! I felt annoyed irritated and angry. I didn't like him telling me something I already knew because I FELT that he thought I didn't know that, and I FELT stupid in his eyes, even though in reality that is not the case. So I let what I felt as a reaction get the better of me in that moment, where I trusted this insecurity and self-judgement that rose within me. I know that this is connected to time in the classroom where I judged ...

When we are a Newb, Naive, Greenhorn, what happens? 261

Image
Today the point opened up for me that I had to accept the statement that I am 100% a newb, naive, or greenhorn when it came to a particular skillset. How I came to this point was interesting, as it started when we first being within reaction, and having to slowly, very slowly, deconstruct what I felt. The process itself of figuring out what I was going through resembled this statement of being a newb, or greenhorn. This can be seen in how when I started writing I had to first identify that I felt bad. From there I specified and specified, so from the general into the specific. I found clear memories where I felt the same way, which led me to identify that this had to do with being a newb at something. The point I reached to now, of having to accept the statement that I am completely a greenhorn, as a solution to my inner turmoil, came out naturally as I seeing how I was resisting and reacting to myself, within my circumstance. So yes I am a newb when it comes this particular field...

Asking for Help- Reflections & Considerations

Asking for help So asking for help is cool, however like with anything, we can take something which can be self-supportive, and actually use it in a way that it is not self-supportive. So for example, when asking for helping as a way to do better in something or expand oneself (so whatever that means in the context), in contrast to when asking for help and one does not actually expand or can be expressed as not doing one's best, but is retracting self and relying on others to do the supposed work that self would have done. So, each one knows already when one does this, so it is our responsibility to act. And if your really not sure whether you do this, then one thing that can be practiced is sitting with self and being honest with self about what happened, and who self was in a moment prior. That's what cool about self-honesty, you always have access to yourself, just be honest. After reading what I wrote, I realized something cool: you decide, to be self-supportive, and thus ...

Self-forgiveness day75

Pain  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate  myself from pain. Low I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare myself to another, such that I feel worse, "low." "I Know" I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to say I know when I do not in fact know. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to present myself as knowing when i do not in fact know. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide and suppress knowledge. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from knowledge. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide and suppress myself.  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide and suppress emotions.  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide and suppress memories.

day60- Stop- and Change- (possible song title??)

--> So I made a mistake in not standing as what I trusted, as good. I immediately went into a fear of not being good, when I received feedback that I was not good. I went into the mind instead of standing up for myself. I fear knowledge, and I granted knowledge equal value to reality. But knowledge can be false- while reality is real/here. Knowledge can reflect reality, however it can also not. So this proves knowledge itself cannot distinguish reality from false lies (misinformation, disinformation). WE, need to see for ourselves directly reality by being here. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see the mind as separate from me and that I was not responsible for what happens in my mind. When and as I see the mind as separate from me, I stop and breathe, I bring myself back here, I stop the separation, and I stop the mind either immediately by saying "stop" or by applying self-forgiveness. I imagined telling this specific girl the foll...

Day 50: Science, Media, Knowledge, & Misrepresentations

Image
So in looking at the misrepresentations of science in the media, one thing that is often misunderstood is what psychology actually finds in their studies. A study could, for example, be researching obesity and linking this to depression. They may have 100 people report their weights, and based on some criteria to determine obesity, they link being over the "normal" weight to depression. What does it mean to link or associate or find a correlation. This means their is a signal that connects depression and obesity, which could either be that with more obesity their is greater depression (entails that lower obesity there is less depression) or with less obesity their is greater depression (entailing that with greater obesity there is less depression). Now this is all nice and all, though, however, what REALLY happened, is that a certain number of people showed SOME signs that there were SOME pattern with how depression and obesity occur. This DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING ELSE. Though ...
