Day 827 The Words

Black Lives Matter The fight to bring justice and reform is important. To protect the lives of people is important. To remove those who don't live with integrity, honor and respect all life from positions of power is important. Currently our culture has been one of money and power. Those who have money, have the power. I have heard proposals of defunding police departments and reinvesting in services such as mental health hotlines that would be first responders designed to handle mental health situations. And to create other such services that can respond instead of the police where force is unnecessary. Force should always be a last resort and it must be wielded respectfully and by those with the utmost integrity and deserving of trust. It is a honorable position, or at least is should be. Obviously that honor has been lost. I think about what if I were to join a police department and be a police officer. Would I be the only good man there? Meaning, that I am looking to be ki...

Day 806 Love

I grew up in a household where God is Love. I do believe that for every single person, we have that point that is our absolute potential of who we can be and thus what we would do (because doing flows from who you are). And that potential is god-like, divine, because you are an amazing fucking person. Strong, Courageous, fearless, Expressive, Fun, Creative, Giving, Committed, Impassioned, you Know who you are, Disciplined, Understanding others and your Role, Owning up to your Responsibility, Deep, Flexible, Saying/Doing exactly what is needed, Owning up to your issues, weaknesses, Patience with yourself and others, Diligent, Consistent, Forgiving of yourself and others, honoring your relationships, honoring yourself,  taking the initiative, taking the first step, trying and failing, trying and succeeding, Living. And more. That is all of our potential: every single one of us. How we may live these words may be unique, and has its own flavors: yet here the words are and they are a...

Day 721 A Kitten lived with me once

I one time saw something small running through the neighborhood while walking my dog. It was evening already, so it was a dark shadow. I had walked up to it and got scared and freaked out, as well as my dog equally freaked out. I realized it was a kitten and it ran under the fence of a house. I took my dog back and told my brother. I asked for his help. I grabbed a soft towel. We proceeded over there. The kitten ran away under the fence again when my brother tried to grab it. I left a note there for the owners of the house. I doubt the kitten was there since it was hanging out by the fire hydrant on the sidewalk. I came back later and tried again that night. This time we surrounded slowly with the towel, and I was able to quickly/gracefully pick it up securely with the blanket. I held it snug/firm. It seemed happy hanging out there. It wasn't struggling or moving at all. I walked back immediately to our house. I did get a call the next day by someone from the house. It wasn...

Day 2 Ideas, Belief, & Thought don't Matter

Reality, Truth, Honesty. Such words have been tainted, corrupted, spit on, that any semblance of their substance seems far too distant to sight. In our mentally created reality of the mind, existing within polarities of good and bad, we have become accustomed to a perception that reality is ambiguous, murky, untrustworthy, rampant with corrupted individuals who at their very core can never be trusted, that everything is arguable and the only predictable thing is pure chaos in daily life. The possibility that truth can exist, that an objective way to live can exist would just appear as another trick that someone plays to gain favor over you. In a world of Opinion, Belief and Thought, where view points are what is rampant, that nothing is certain, its like a chaotic soil that never settles and constantly mixed about. Life cannot grow from the soil. Seeing clearly how reality exists and operates, seeing it for what it is, not letting anything like opinion cloud your sight, anythin...

Day 38 Lying takes effort/practice

I observed today that lying takes effort. I was lying today as part of what is required/expected in the system, which meant presenting myself in a desirable way in the eyes of the system. The little bit of lying I did was exhausting. I then observed and realized how pretty much 99% of the time, in the vast majority of everyday life in the system we are lying, and that we have practiced lying and that it takes effort, and that we end up tired and drained because of all the lying. I saw I was tired from what little lying I did. After time and practice I could get better at it, and less tired, but still I don't want to lie. Can you see where lying occurs daily? A pop psychology article pointed out how we lie throughout the day, where most people cannot spend like 5 minutes without speaking a lie, on average. So can you think of some examples of lying? How about when someone ask how you are doing? Do you tell the truth or do you lie? Do you just say, Im good, Im okay etc... Is th...

Day37 Scared of being alone

I have this fear within me of being alone within who I am, without. So I am afraid of being who I am, and being the only one like that in my environment, my without. Because I am reacting with fear, I want to react by changing to be like my environment. I want to fit in. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be afraid of being alone within being the only one like me in my environment, my without. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to change who I am to be like my environment, because I am afraid of being alone, as the only one like me in my without, my surroundings. When and as I see myself wanting to change who I am to be like my environment because I am afraid of being the only one like me - I stop and I breathe - I realize it is dishonest to change because I am afraid - I realize it is dishonest to be someone because I want to fit in - I realize I would still be afraid of not fitting in, even when I fit in - I realize that fitting in does not re...

Why walk the Desteni Process?

Why should I walk the Desteni Process? The Desteni process is the process of facing your mind. Your mind is a complex system that generates your very thoughts and very emotions and feelings. The process of facing your mind is simple. So the process is simple, but the mind itself is complex. All you have to do is to stop the mind in this moment. You can stop the mind in this moment through self-forgiveness, as one tool. As long as you stop the mind in this moments and all future moments, then you will progress inside yourself. Your progression is to take back the responsibility and functions that your mind has taken over. Currently your mind takes on very important life functions. Your mind makes your decisions, it leads you down into relationships, it leads you down into addictions, it leads you down any path where it can further itself as a mind. Your mind is essentially living your life. So much of what we have lived as Humanity has been a lie. Yet it is our lie and our responsib...

I don't Know

I have observed within myself how the words "I don't know" have been a instrument of disempowerment, of shame, of inferiority, of problem of stress. So, I decide to embrace the self-honesty of not knowing so as to empower myself, and change my relationship to the truth of not knowing. What I see is a vast history within our relationships where those who know are regarded as more valuable. For example knowing the answer to the questions, knowing a subject like math or history, or knowing what you want to do with your life etc... To say, I don't know is like a sin, at least that is how we treat ourselves, and so others. We teach to our children that it is a sin to not know something. This is most well shown within the role of being a teacher, which is not restricted to the paid profession, but includes any or all interaction where one becomes superior within what one knows and speaks from that superiority. A life lesson I have learned is that wherever superiority exis...

Honesty and Idealism

The Ideal world. What does it mean to be an idealist in this world? To be an idealist, according to me, is to have the ideal set within you. Where your ideal is your honest ideal. It is not the ideal that conflicts with who you are on a deep level of self, really want. And on that level you want what is best for everyone. This ideal is in fact the same for everyone in principle. There are slight variations in wording and phrasing, but the essence of it is the same message. What is my ideal world/situation. Ideally everyone is taken care of, and everyone has the willingness and the motivation to care for their individual self and that of others. That the product of everyone being cared for is done through everyone caring for their individual self and others. Now, the question is how do we make sure a world possible? You obviously need to start with yourself, and those who are already willing to become such a person. That you assist and support them, and you assist and support yourself...

To care is scary

To care is scary..... it is scary because you have to give up freedom. To care means to be a servant. Imagine or remember caring for something/someone. You had to support them. That is not freedom, or free to choose or do what you want to do. That is being there for them, to support them, care for them. If you want to be free in every moment, then you can never care for someone, or have them ever trust you. Because to care for someone and to gain someone's trust means that you are committed to them. Being committed to them, means that you are not free to break that commitment. Freedom then is overrated because obviously, breaking commitments/promises, is not something desirable for you or for those around you. You want to be surrounded by people you can trust, that are dependable. You want to be a trustworthy person. For some reason, fear exists when it comes to losing freedom. Even if that is the freedom to abuse and to break promises/commitments. Freedom then is something...

Day 401 Corruption is...

Corruption is an action that is not best for all, with intent. Corruption then is found everywhere. How do you stop/prevent corruption? By not accepting and allowing it. You must be aware, watch, restrict, handle all the aspects of the situation, except that which is outside of your power. When it comes to corruption with money, you must make sure to hold people accountable/responsible. You must only accept and allow actions/points that are best for all. If someone betrays your trust, then you must take the appropriate steps for someone who you don't trust. They lose access to things that require responsibility. All of this is commonsense.

Equality among people 333

J'en ai des frissons... Posted by Jeremy Demay on Saturday, May 17, 2014 So in the above video, I am observing a very interesting point that I myself participated in. That is, believing that children are merely inputting and outputting everything we tell them, and that we are shaping them. So here I am questioning this point, because this is a very common belief, where all of our parenting guides and school systems are using this belief to teach and shape the children into what it is that is right, good or best. Now, having spent time with children who specifically have the freedom to explore themselves and their world, I am having a different point of view that is quite obvious actually. So with starting with the obvious, there have been many people that have grown up in abusive home environments, some that I know personally. These people all learned from their home environments and abusive parents, to not be like their parents, and to be different. This meant, n...

Be Like A Child 315

Image

Democratic, Free or Sudbury schools

Image
These school models get my approval. I could describe it as a school were people ages 5-18 can be "destonians" in the sense that they are responsible for themselves, for their decisions, and therefore have to be self-directive, and so also self-regulate. They face the real world meaning that they face challenges, make mistakes, learn from them, and they have support available to them at all times, which they must take the initiative to ask for help. They are all equals in the community. Children are not inferior or superior based on age, talent or skill in some area, to anyone. Instead they get to intermingle among their ages, and they support one another in conversation, growing, expansion. So basically how we all should have acted since the beginning. The trick would seem then, to simply provide a support structure for children, instead of a forceful teaching regiment design to create a particular child, with particular skills and knowledge by your design. So just like wh...

What everyone does, but no one admits to 235

Manipulation What everyone does, but no one wants to admit to, and feels insulted if someone did it them.  So I'm going to use my family as an example. I can't speak for the world, and the 7 billions humans on this planet, and whether they have manipulated or not, but I can certainly speak for myself. So I certainly, definitely, absolutely, positively have manipulated people and situations a many a time. I have manipulated others views/perspective/opinion/belief about other people, involving lying to do so. I have spoken to someone in a conversation in an attempt to change their view of themselves, into one that is harmful, destructive and inferior. I have in a way destroyed lives, to get what I wanted, which is to be the one on top, the last one standing. And I know we all do it. How? Well, let's keep that a secret between you and me.  So why am I talking about this topic? Well, let's just say its quite pertinent right now. And its also not something I ever ...

Being honest when its safe.

Being honest when its safe. So one practical approach that I am implementing is just this. Being honest when I can, when I am with people with whom I can be honest about with certain things. So when meeting new people recently I notice how certain things I say that they react to. Its basically seeing whether they agree or disagree or are reacting to certain words I am using which don’t fit some of their beliefs system so they feel they have to speak about that. I of course cannot place myself in their minds or thoughts. I can only know based on what I see and hear. However, people let you know whether they are reacting negatively or positively. It is just a subtle thing that is done on purpose. Of course they don’t have to, but I can see how this may have developed as a way to influence in each other and keep each other in check, to remain as systems. There are some people which are sort of like police whose job is to keep the system in check. These can be spiritual people, whic...

Self-forgiveness Day108

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to self-forgive in order to feel good, and avoid feeling bad. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel bad. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not be honest whenever I can be honest without harm or injury to myself. I fear that my honesty will lead to a limitation of opportunities for me. But I also realize that if I am not honest, what chance do we have to get out of the mess we have made for ourselves? I forgive myself for not allowing myself to see that whatever is the result that is best for all, is worth whatever risks and changes I have to make in how live.                                                                             ...

Sharing how I use the physical to support myself to be here. D105

So im going to make this blog about reviewing over a helpful thing that I do to support me to stand and direct myself to not fall into the mind, in moments such as video game playing and porn viewing in moments where it is not appropriate. So just to say it, I bring myself to the physical. To be frank, I rediscovered this point within masturbation. I say rediscovered because I have applied this point before but I had stopped, mainly out of fear of this point that it may have been fake or untrustworthy. So it was the mind convincing me that something that was supporting me was actually bad or harming me. So just to talk about the point of masturbation a bit, to make it an little of an introduction, I have been practicing masturbation as a point of being here with my body and directing and moving myself without image or thoughts. So when I do this the objective is to not be thinking of any man, women, any sexual, nothing. So totally no thought. So what I would sometim...

day 87- Staying Committed

Judging sucks. Where have I judged? I judge those who speak trash about  Desteni related things as inferior, instead of realizing that they simply do not understand what it is they are doing, and the opportunity they are not gifting themselves to stand within self-responsibility and self-forgiveness. Is man inherently good? I would say maybe man inherently wants what is good, but get confused between good for only me, versus good for all and me. Man forgets that the good of all is always greater, and the experience of living in a world of oneness and equality would be so great, because your rejoicing and enjoying everyone, and there are billions of us! And you can be here with yourself and be at peace with yourself. The state of being alone and being with others merge, where all equally honors themselves and each other. Open honesty and clarity can exist. This is our desteni. Join us. I forgive myself for accepting adn allowing myself to fear the unknown. I forgive myself for ac...

Day82- inferiority

INFERIORITY. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as inferior to XXX. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as superior to XXX. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to consider myself as dumb in comparison to XXX. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as inferior to YYY. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as superior to YYY. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as inferior to ZZZ. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as superior to ZZZ. I forgive myself or accepting and allowing myself to consider myself as dumb in comparison to ZZZ. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as inferior to AAAA I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see myself as superior to AAAA I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myse...
