Day 803 Deletion

Image
So stemming off from my recent blog post https://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2020/02/day-801.html , there comes moments throughout my day where I am reacting, and I am breathing, and there is a moment where I simply have to decide to Delete a point, or let it go completely, where it is so completely deleted that I am not focused on remembering it or it occupying my focus and attention, yet I can go back to remember it if I need to, but for the most part its not here anymore, its not relevant anymore. What I am saying is that I am noticing this difficulty of letting go and deleting/stop something so completely. I am seeing how I am holding onto points, where I have already done all I needed to already, and the final step is simply to stop, and let go. Pure and Complete Deletion. I am reminded of a vlog recording Gian did last month regarding lord of the rings and how Frodo had trouble letting go of the ring. So its something like that. Its like Deleting requires like a sh...

Day 43 Why Do you?

Why do you DO the things you do? Why do you do your job? Why do you have a family? Why do you dedicate your time in the things you do? What's the reason why you do EVERYTHING that you Do? When did you start believing that? When did you BECOME YOU? Do you remember the exact moment? Did you decide to be your exact nature, personality, self? Did you decide to have and BE the Human Nature? Did you decide to have these Identities? Why are you you? Why do we accept bad things? Why do we accept things like poverty, or crime, or rape, murder? Why do we accept an Imperfect system? Why do we accept an Imperfect world? Did you really stop for a moment consider everything and then really decided that it was just best to accept the Imperfect world? Accept to do Nothing. What if I told you that everything you have lived in your life, all your decisions were originally preprogrammed and nothing of you is original, is really you, DONE within a real CONSIDERATION, ...

A Global Community - One World -

The world that is out there, and the world that is right here around our heads are the same. We are creating the world out there through the world we keep right here. This includes our thoughts, feelings, emotions, even the secrets ones, even the ones that pop up for a moment and then we suppress them. We don't really know how to work with our emotions and feelings effectively. We are very good at suppressing them, yes we can do that. This skill of suppression allows us to do our jobs, come home to our families, and wake up each day, but it has a price to pay and it has to come out eventually. It affects our health, it slowly pops up unexpectedly and in this worst possible moments in our relationships and workplace. We would be much better off if we knew how to really work with our emotions, feelings, and thoughts well. We would have more control, we could do much better. The other thing is our disconnect from life. We have become very selfish and very self-centered in our lifest...

Day 44 Letting go the Idea of me, and embracing US

There is so much that we assume it just who we are, and will always be, and is right to be, and best to be. But what about when who you are is not best to be? When what best best for we, us, all, is in conflict with self, what then? Learning to let go of Self, in order to step into the shoes of us, we, the all. We have seen throughout history and movies, where people falsely step into the shoes of what is good for all, or best for all, where they in fact are upholding a definition of self, a point of ego, a point of SELF that must manifest. What happens when your self, your identity, the definition, and idea of who you are, your self is nothing, disappears? You are able to see a grander point of view, a more encompassing point of view, the view of all that exists right here. Doing what is best for all that is here, just make sense, because there is no obstacle, no resistance, no idea or belief of self holding you back from doing what is right and best for all. There is an e...

Day 31 Remove your Biases with Self-Forgiveness

So in the recent Previous Blogs, I covered Manipulation in the context of Confidence and Anger. Now in this blog I will cover Manipulation in the context of Being Nice, Kind and Happy. As well I will be covering this Bias I have, this judgment I have that enables me to be easily manipulated by a certain group of people. This group of people is women. So because of how I was raised I have had certain deeply ingrained beliefs and ideas about women. For as long as I can can remember, I viewed women/girls, including girls my age when I was growing up, to be more matured. I believed it. I believed females were more intelligent. I believed they are more trustworthy, Honest, and Kind. I believed women are Nice, gentle and compassionate. I believed the world would be better if women ran it. I believed that mothers were also nicer, kinder, more gentle, more responsible, stronger than fathers. I believed women were more important than men. I believed that it was better for me to be around gi...
