Day 845 What am I?

What Motivates me to Do what I do is the Truth. What am I? Who am I? What is reality? What is really going on? So take a look for yourself right now. Look at yourself. What are you? Check out your hand, your body. Check out your senses and your experiences. What are you? The answer is the same for all of Humans. What are humans? What are we? We were born in slavery. We were born with the Mind. The Mind and Body. What are you capable of? You can be aware of what you are experiencing. You can feel what is going on in this moment through your body.  What you are feeling and thinking doesn't have to at all determine who you are and what you decide to do. You are what you accept and allow. The Mind moves automatically as it does. Your emotions and thoughts move automatically as they do. Yet you don't have to identify as them. You don't have to listen to them and follow what it says. You can decide who you are and what you do. So the Mind isn't you. What I am is this combina...

Day 16 Using Eqafe to answer my question

Image
This Eqafe interview: https://eqafe.com/p/compassion-gives-you-your-life-back-life-review Helps me to understand this 'Passion', this 'Anger', this 'intensity' that is not a positive experience within me, where I am focusing on Existence, on what is best for all, on the problems in the world and the solutions I see we can do. By focusing on the ALL of Existence, I am not looking for my positive experience, my energy, my mind, my thoughts to participate in them. How I found this interview was by going to the Eqafe search bar and typing in what I was interested in, in what question I had. So I searched for 'Anger' to find perspective on this Anger within me that was not positive and it relates to when looking at the World, the best for all that can be done. The way I would describe it is that I am putting myself into action. I am writing my blogs, I am doing what I can online, I move and act and contribute to bringing forth the world that I want to...

Whether to risk your life for someone 334

Image
Where and When to risk your life for someone. So the perspective I am about to give, is based within the point of measuring each person by whether they stand within principles and values that considers everyone/Life. Because such people would have greater value than someone who stands within disregarding everyone. And so, in essence, people who have greater value through who they are, should be safe guarded and protected above all others. And so when you see someone in trouble where you have to risk your life, you have to assess your own value and that person's value, along with any and all relevant practical considerations, and side effects. One example is children, since they are still in the process of developing themselves and are not as set in stone as adults in their ways. Also, to consider whether they are someone that is integral in some project or endeavour which grants them value. So all of this you would have to consider, and ideally be aware of BEFORE the life-thr...

Yogan's Guide to living a Good life 281

Image
These are the four points that my mind tries its best to put pressure on me. 1. Sex 2. Money 3. Friendships 4. Relationships Let's see who comes out on top. For each I have my self stand. The following is where I stand with each: 1. With sex, I don't need it. I wouldn't compromise any other aspect of my life for sex. I would always choose something else over this, if it meant compromising myself. Sex is merely a pleasure point, and is a non-essential point. At the same time, sex is a tool, a way for me to explore my self-expression within a situation, which I have said, is non-essential. Therefore, in a way, it provides a space for seeing who I am, and practice self-movement. I wouldn't compromise myself whatsoever, in terms of getting a sexual partner, for the purpose of sex. I rather stick to masturbation, or sex with myself, because then there is no risk for such consequences as STD, as well as wasting my time with someone that is a waste of my time, and I...

Who I am - day 137

Who I am I lived a very specific life, like I am sure everyone has lived a very specific life. When I look at my life, my mind automatically compares my life experience to those of others. When I self-honestly check this however, I know, always that everyone is the same, and our life experience is in essence the same. Now, I cannot really know the life another has lived, that is for him/her to know. To share my life experience is a step I must take. I am an innocent being. I have wholeheartedly accepted all of the advice and knowledge that my primary caregiver has given me. She has always been there for me, both my word and action. I naturally trusted her and that trust was rewarded in certain specific ways. So as that trust was rewarded I trusted her more. So that with each new knowledge point I always was more willing to accept it. I did have fears, very specific fears. I did face them directly as a manifestation of myself. I always wanted to find people like me. I wanted to cre...

Asking for Help- Reflections & Considerations

Asking for help So asking for help is cool, however like with anything, we can take something which can be self-supportive, and actually use it in a way that it is not self-supportive. So for example, when asking for helping as a way to do better in something or expand oneself (so whatever that means in the context), in contrast to when asking for help and one does not actually expand or can be expressed as not doing one's best, but is retracting self and relying on others to do the supposed work that self would have done. So, each one knows already when one does this, so it is our responsibility to act. And if your really not sure whether you do this, then one thing that can be practiced is sitting with self and being honest with self about what happened, and who self was in a moment prior. That's what cool about self-honesty, you always have access to yourself, just be honest. After reading what I wrote, I realized something cool: you decide, to be self-supportive, and thus ...

My summary of Desteni in terms of my process

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to, through compare and contrast, to use the application or lack of application of others in my life in how they stand/change or lack of standing/changing as a factor that determined who I am. Thus, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define who I am according to who others are or who they choose to be, instead of always aligning myself to what is best for all, and to express myself and create myself in the upmost possible in this one Human life. So within that, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not being that one point that can stand eternally that can direct all of existence to within itself, to align existence to the same point, of oneness and equality, of considering all as one and equal, to essentially align existence to itself, to the actual reality of the situation, to self-honesty, and self-responsibility, to self, to here. With the Desteni tools I can stop any thought and any energy. B...
