Day 703 When Responsibility becomes Manifested

Image
So I read this line in my last blog: "Accepting that I did something, the worst of me, is the first step in taking self-responsibility and self-change, and accepting that in the face of irreparable consequence is the first step to freedom." https://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2019/03/day-702-fear-from-my-past-relationships.html So I have went through events recently and I have seen I need to Live the word Directive. And that Living Directive is actually the Full step of Fully Taking Responsibility. Because its preventing consequence. Being the word Directive means directing what is inside of you in the moment by doing the self-forgiveness in the moment and stopping the mind point so you are clear and empty inside of you in the moment. Being Directive is THEN asking yourself how do you direct this moment to what is best for all.  And then you speak and you move.            The Living word Directive is you being her...

Day 60 People and Animals

So I have been watching the videos from DODO that share videos on facebook, that I see while scrolling through facebook. Its all about animals. Its hard to put in words . There are people that care about animals, that GIVE UP their lives and self-definition and money to take on a NEW self-definition and Life that is about raising, caring for the animals, to the utmost degree. You can call this real Love. real Care. This is something I would do. And this is the BEST of Humanity, and the human spirit. https://www.facebook.com/yogan.barrientos/posts/10217804753097519?__xts__[0]=68.ARDxH-SH1CSRhDgwSC_7AU3P6b5Vr42GnyvReMxOLUmFPJdcK7AAvifRiTgJw_XEbqfXcIeKyADbKKC7oO7vvYa4tbaDPh8UTKzn2xtEjIEjIeqAyx8s6TvlWbvUafJeT0L_XUJmAWu6cN00eeiovQC0wgGhtWrZ90GytVyQLN9w-dGunPL48abcFqxnsBY7aTaXfFkuGM5HQyMvJUoStFYZdaVWHyMHIOdCnw8&__tn__=-R https://www.facebook.com/yogan.barrientos/posts/10217804171682984?__xts__[0]=68.ARCEY943k6BB42k5tK1X_y8ucFiis9sCOiuUfiC1k-9i67Px1wX9dhn7816DeRKp_xMUe-kQVOpc7rQrddG_...

Day 25 The Point of Feeling Nothing

So, the moment of Feeling Nothing. The point where you get to where you Feel Nothing. The place/space where you feel Nothing. So the point where you feel nothing, is where you can see what you truly want. Why? It is logical why. The logic is that if you feel something, and then you try to see what you want, then what you want will be based on how you feel. Consider. If you feel hungry, thirsty, or tired, you will see what you want is food, water or sleep. But is that what you really want? If you feel lonely, sad, or anger, you will say that you want company, to feel happy, or to get revenge. But is that what you really want? Whatever you FEEL in this moment, will influence your answer of what you want. Can you agree with that? That there is an influence? Im not saying its bad, right or wrong. I am saying it as a FACT. Do you agree that when you ask someone what they want, that how they FEEL will determine to an extent their answer?I understand that some people have greater ...

Day 19 Moana the Movie

I really like the movie Moana. It is made by Disney. I like the Water. I observed the water specifically. How the water acted is how I act with children. It is my philosophy of the best way to work with kids. You guide them and step in only when you are needed. And knowing when to step back. Making the statement Knowing when to step in and knowing to step back, you might be like WTF???? But at the same time, ask yourself, YOU, do YOU ever step back or hold yourself back when your working with kids or with your own kids. Or do you every time just step in naturally. If you never step back, then know your probably messing things up, lol. Cause for SURE there are moments to step back. For sure. Without a doubt. So, The water steps back and you get to see who Moana is. You get to see Moana make her decision, you get to see Moana realize who she is. You get to see Moana lead herself. When Moana gives up the water accepts. When Moana is ready to fight, but isn't strong enough th...

The Desire for a Life-Long Partner Test

The following is a self-reflective and mental exercise to test yourself with to see whether you have a desire for a life-long partner. Imagine yourself, or place yourself here; all of who you are, bring it here. Now, imagine the world and everyone in it. Now pretend or imagine that the people you desire for relationship: male, female (gay, straight etc…) do not exist. That only the people that you don’t desire for a relationship exist. Reflect on how you feel, how you would act and behave, who you would be, what you would do. See if there are any differences.   Any differences that exist between who you are now and who you would be is evidence or proof that you have changed who you are as a person just so you can have a relationship. If you have a desire for a life-long partner, then you would have changed everything of yourself so that you can get what you want. So you can look at how you talk, how you walk, how you make your appearance, what you like or dislike, your o...

Respect Children

We are continuing from yesterday's post Children's Rights So respect is not guaranteed to children. In fact, it is normal in society expect children to respect Adults, but not for children to expect respect from adults. Where for some reason adults are allowed to get angry, yell, get irritated and annoyed toward children, yet if children do so, they are at fault. Part of the reasons given, which are excuses and justifications, is that children don't earn money, and that they don't know anything about the world and the struggle that adults go through. That children are given a free ride by their parents, so the children should be as accommodating as possible to the adults. This is based on the notion of survival. But in reality, it is based with ego, as the adults are acting within self-interest at the cost of the children. This cost means that children are talked TO, and they are not heard. This cost means that children should LISTEN and not talk back. This cost means...

You are words!

Each person actually has their own definitions of words. To make this apparent, consider how two people define the word love. What constitutes love? How do you love someone? What does someone have to do to show that they love you? Is love limited just between two people or can it include more? What is love? There is no way these two people have the same definition of the word Love. Which is why people that usually form relationships together end up fighting or being confused and miscommunicating with one another, because they have different expectations for how they partner should act and behave, and how to show that they love them, and so show the the relationship will work. But it is not just the word love, it is every word. Each person has their own definition for every word. And what is interesting is what ever the definition that you have, for all of the words... this completely and absolutely effects your perception, understanding, behavior, personality, actions, decisions in...

Creating Your Future Practically

I am looking for myself at the process of practically creating my future through planning and specifying. So, I have in the past worked with planning my future. And I am sure most people have made plans before. But one mistake that I have made is daydreaming about my plans, where it is not grounded in reality and has more of an air of fantasy, like a movie. Which in movies, you tend to feel excited, and good or positive. Which is a mistake. Because as my experience revealed to me, such airy plans don't come to fruition and are easily challenged and broken down. Why? Because they were never grounded in reality. So if you are someone that tends to make a lot of plans for yourself, but very few if any of those plans actually are realized then you can look at this point for yourself that perhaps your planning was more emotional and fantasy-like than actually practical, supportive, and real. Now, when I looked at planning or creating my future, there is a real depth within me that ope...

A Violent Person

Where does violence come from? How is violence created? When I had acted violently, it was either in a blackout, which means I wasn't aware of what I was doing,  or it was in awareness where I felt angry, pumped, energetic, rage, and I made sweeping movements and gestures that were not precise or exact but done to make a point or statement that I am not to be messed with. So it seems fair to say that violence is based within what you have thought and felt beforehand for a long period of time, because it both cases I was provoked by certain individuals over a long period of time of months or years. The exception to this rule is when violence is made purposefully, with cold calculation and precision. I haven't done this, myself, so I can't speak from my own experience, however when it is a very well known fact that soldiers that come back from war, who have killed people, are traumatized. They have deep emotional experiences, thoughts, and vivid memories that revisit them. ...

You were once a Child

Here is a fact: take the most badass, meanest, toughest, scruffiest, harsh person on the planet. A person so harsh and violent that they would kill a child or baby just for fun. You take that person, and realize this simple truth, when they were born they were just a baby, and they were innocent and pure. This is true for all of us. This is true for the strongest of us, the smartest of us, the dumbest, the most "evil" and most "good." We were born equally in this way/regard. It is true though however, that we are not born the same. Some are born with mental or physical handicaps. Some are born with diseases. And our genetics do have an influence on us in some very unimportant superficial ways, and in some more consequential visible ways. Yet we are all still born innocent and pure. The concepts or character of being a badass, mean, tough, scruffy, or harsh doesn't exist in anyway whatsoever, at least apparently so. Any person that will murder, will be ...

Are you continuously creating who you are?

Understanding your emotions and feelings is a tricky thing. It requires time to investigate them, to understand why you are feeling a certain way, to see whether it is something you really want to feel, or to see whether it actually makes any sense to feel that way. But if you spend the time to understand them, you gain the power and ability to change them into something better that is an expression of who you are. Sometimes you will find that it doesn't make any sense to feel a certain way. Like with feeling irritated with having to wait for something/someone. Because you self-honestly know that feeling irritated while waiting doesn't make any sense, even though you may have excuses and justifications for it. And when you do change how you feel, and stop certain emotions/feelings, your life can become better, where you actually gain back the power to create your life exactly how you want it, and become the exact person that is the best version of yourself possible. And thi...

Human Potential 405

We are each of us born with great potential. What is this potential? It is the power and ability to become something. You have the power to create this world the world how you want it, but there is a catch, so can everyone else. So it is a catch 22. You have power, but so does everyone else. That is why the only answer that can exist and work for everyone is to do what is best for everyone. We can all agree there. Our potential is already here at our finger tips. We just require the will to move it, and make it so. The ability to learn, do, see, remember, is part of your very self and body. You can learn and do anything. However it takes time. And it takes luck. Some of us unfortunately don't have a say or power to express as much as others, due to the environment. Yet even within that you have the power to decide how you are, and thus who you are. Even in the worst slavery, you have that power. And this will surely create ripple effects in the people around you. The greatest power...

Self-support on self-judgment 276

Image
https://eqafe.com/p/overcoming-self-judgements-reptilians-part-398 For this moment, I am looking at self-judgment within me. I had a listen to the above interview on self-judgments and how to overcome it. I suggest listening to this interview for those who are interested in overcoming self-judgments, because in my blog, I will be only walking my own self-judgments, I won't be providing guidance in how to walk through it, and if you are looking for guidance in walking self-judgments, I suggest listening to this interview.  So I have been looking at this point, and it is a notable theme throughout my past week and the points I worked with. So it does seem subtle, and now I have a self-judgment.  When looking inside now, this is what I see Layer 1: Nervousness. So first, I feel nervous, in response to looking at me, and at this point.  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel nervous, in reaction to looking at my self-judgment. I ...

Art as what is best for all 202

Image
I went to Art Basel today in Miami, Florida. I was asked what interested me, or what art drew my attention. I didn't really have an answer to that question at first. But later after I saw a picture that had a message of equality, I had an answer. Art that interest me is the content of the art, the message, the why. Because art otherwise, without that content, core and message, is meaningless. Its just entertaining, emotional, or, frankly, superficial. Art to have meaning requires depth, and to have that depth requires a message or principle, essentially the depth of your real being, which is your oneness and equality point, your connection to Life itself, to everyone. If you lack that point, what you do will be empty and superficial, not just art, but everything. So its important to see that yes, art CAN have that depth, through standing for a principle, the integrity of you, standing with and as everyone. Because what is art, but just a medium of communication. Writing is a...

This is about you? - day 139

This is about you. (no question mark) What is interesting is that everything is always about you. What you think, what you feel, what you see, your reactions, your movements, is you. Its about you. What you see on tv, the wars, the movies, the starvation, death, murders, stories, animal abuse, rapes, poverty, wealth, inequality,  its always about you. What you see is you. And if you close your eyes, the darkness you see is also you. When you run away, its you. When you hide its you. When you cry or complain its you. When you stand up and stop, its you. When you change its you. So no matter what, this existence is you, and every moment you are yourself.

Reflections of right now

So there comes a moment in your life where your presented with something you could not have even imagined. And with that I found myself wanting to rush, which is like in a way living in the mind. It is not here. There is a way to move where you move fast, however it is done with at the same time being slow, and importantly aware. I suppose words fail to capture what I mean. I could write this a hundred different ways, yet I am still sure that each one can understand or relate to what I am saying despite of all the reasons and justifications that one often has being spoken in the mind. So one thing that we ALL have in common as beings, is this... being a creator. We are all equally hold this description, and strangely enough we are on this one planet, which makes this our own creation, everything. Everything you see, you have created. We create this reality together. At the same time, I have to recognize that some are aware, or maybe I shouldn't say that, because aren't we all...
