 When walking this process of becoming Life through becoming Physical and stopping the Mind, we have to utilize self-forgiveness to stop the Mind. There are also some basic fundamental rules/guidelines, one of which is that we ask no one to trust in the message or trust a particular person. Since trust is not needed to apply self-forgiveness yourself to prove it to yourself through testing that it works or not. It is not a matter of faith or belief. It is truly the simple and genuine act of forgiving yourself. And that power resides in you. It works because of you do it, no one else.  In the grand scheme of things: one person forgiving themselves for one thing, is enough for that person to change themselves. It is a skill no doubt, one that must be practiced and made real through your own trustworthiness. Of handling, managing, directing other people as too much, as out of my hands, as something scary.  Desire - I desire to have a peaceful life with others, where we are a group of people, like a family, but one that is nice and supportive, and everything is done in good will. The word Family is specific, because it is also used to describe how actual families are, which is dysfunctional, which is full of people who are aggressive, nasty, playing manipulating games, having fun at one of anothers misery, etc... A desire is not compatible with reality. Reality is that people are what they are. And everlasting peace and kindness is not the reality.  This World isn't real. What I refer to is this World we are creating: the ideas, the rules, the relationships, the MENTAL world, the System we have created on the outside. This is not how it i suppose to be. This is not REAL-ITY. So don't take any of this stuff of the world Personally. Don't take this World Seriously. And fight to change it everyday into what is REAL.  Make yourself real first in your body, in who you are. See clearly how this world should be and how things should be. Embrace the word SHOULD. Embrace the Vision of what is REAL. Hold it clearly within yourself, see the world as it should be. See what a REAL reality would be. Keep that as what is real and worthy, and fight to change this world into that. The importance of Integrity Integrity means several things. One of them is to not lie, deceive and abuse. Integrity in many ways is like a torturous challenge. Because this world is not built on Integrity, and to stand as Integrity within it all, means standing alone more often than not. Words can't capture the experience of what is required to walk through it. It is necessary for all of us that those that can walk Integrity do so. It is a light in the dark.
