Day 778 I accept my Brokenness

I accept my Brokenness, and "the Brokenness" itself as it exists in reality, so whether its the Brokenness in other people or things or myself, I accept it. So what I am saying is that I accept my darkside, my shitty side, my fucked up side and all of that of other people too. Because yes I was rejecting the fucked up darkside of other people and rejecting them, which was my mistake to do so. I did reject people for being Bullies, for being spiteful, or betraying me or whatever you want to call it. I notice that I hate even describing what they did and rather not even look at it, which is also a mistake and my responsibility. So I am accepting their darksides and the darksides of everyone. I don't let this fuckedupness define me, nor define them. This isn't all that they are, nor who I am.We are much more and we have the potential for such much more. So I call on everyone to forgive themselves for their darkside and fuckedupness. I encourage everyone to apply ...

Day 702 Fear from my Past Relationships

From my past relationships with women... I am afraid of saying or doing something in the heat of the moment and regretting it… I am afraid of doing or saying something I can’t take back… ...I accept the worst of me and the worst that I can do. I accept that it can happen. I accept that it can happen that I do say something that makes the relationships irreparable, that ends it, I can that accept that I can be saying right now as I caught myself saying it. I can accept that I just said/done such a thing.I can accept that I just lived the worst of me. I can accept what is happening right now. I can forgive myself for doing that. I can forgive myself even though there is a consequence that no self-forgiveness or self-change can undo. I can forgive myself even though the consequence is permanent. I can forgive myself wholly/fully. I forgive myself not for the purpose of undoing consequence, but because I did that, I created that consequence, and I accept that...

Day 21 Odyssey to Life

While our decision was crystal clear, our motivation strong - we can get distracted by the sceneries we pass, the seasons that change, the travelers we meet, the many cross roads we face. Voices from the past, telling us we are making a mistake, that we should give up and go back to what we've always known. We get caught up in the tests, trials, temptations and even good times along the path we walk. We may want to get off the road as soon as possible, or perhaps set up a tent and decide that where we've gotten is far enough. We may forget about our initial decision, as if it was in a past life, perhaps even a dream. In a way, we're all in our own Odyssey journey back home, to Life.   What moved you to start your process to birth yourself as Life from...

Where denial/suppresion ends... life can flourish/grow.

There are people that lie in the world. There are people that deceive in the world. There are people that do evil things. There are. This is a truth that I haven’t accepted. And people may do both. They may good intentions and help sometimes, and other times they may do evil things. This is true. This is the reality of the world. I have to accept this as what this world is right now. Because otherwise if I live out there in the world I will be inviting and opening myself up to abuse. I will believe willingly. I will trust willingly. I will let myself open to any lie or deception. I will get myself in trouble. I have to change and I have to stop resisting seeing some people as acting and behaving and doing evil things. I have to stop believing that people are inherently good. Instead I have to realize that people are programmable, and that this world is programmable, and that we are just following are programs. And what I have within me is the program to be gullible, to be hone...

Expression 284 Part 1

I would say that the following statements most people will react negatively towards: 1. I don't need anyone. I don't need people. I can live on my own. I am happy with just myself. 2. I embrace people as myself. I see them as equals with me. I can learn from them, and they can learn from me. 3. I don't see the use of love, or relationships, except for childrearing, and in this world for economic survival. Otherwise you can just work with someone as equals in any other endeavor? And sometimes you can make an agreement to be exclusive so that you can have sex safely. But the other 99% of things you can do outside of relationships, right? 4. Most people don't understand how things work, and if they do understand then they are either taking responsibility or they are not taking responsibility. Who are the only ones innocent in this? Well the children, until they come of age where they have the awareness of what is happening in the world. What I believe happens, and I...

I have been living to meet others' expectations 263

Image
Today I was working with the Nervous Energy. The design of Nervous Energy I found to include the Inferiority experience. I saw that Nervous Energy would shift into Inferiority when I would receive a question that I didn't know how to answer. The overall design of the trigger I found to be reacting to what I perceived to be other people's expectations of me. This would trigger feeling Inferiority when I saw myself as not meeting other people's expectations of me, and I would shift into the Nervous energy, when I was trying to meet the perceived expectations. So in real time it would occur something like this:  -Trigger: Someone in my environment (or in my thinking) I perceive that they hold an expectation of me -Reaction: I would feel Inferiority, because I am not meeting the expectation, and I would shift into Nervous Energy as I try to live into the expectation I believe they are having of me. In my memories, I do have instances where some people delib...

When we are a Newb, Naive, Greenhorn, what happens? 261

Image
Today the point opened up for me that I had to accept the statement that I am 100% a newb, naive, or greenhorn when it came to a particular skillset. How I came to this point was interesting, as it started when we first being within reaction, and having to slowly, very slowly, deconstruct what I felt. The process itself of figuring out what I was going through resembled this statement of being a newb, or greenhorn. This can be seen in how when I started writing I had to first identify that I felt bad. From there I specified and specified, so from the general into the specific. I found clear memories where I felt the same way, which led me to identify that this had to do with being a newb at something. The point I reached to now, of having to accept the statement that I am completely a greenhorn, as a solution to my inner turmoil, came out naturally as I seeing how I was resisting and reacting to myself, within my circumstance. So yes I am a newb when it comes this particular field...

Cover to Cover - Day 196

So I listened to an interview. I was able to relate to the exact words shared in the interview, and I would like to share my experience https://eqafe.com/p/lost-your-true-self-life-review So because of the interview, I have made the decision to be myself. Be myself meaning that I will contact everyone I have ever met, and anyone else that I can meet, and test out who really sees me, and understands me, as I express me who I really am. With those people I can build a relationship with. I already know that I am a really great person, I enjoy myself immensely, haha. And I learning/doing by being myself, and seeing how people respond. I am learning that what I called friends was something shallow. There are particular people that see me, its not about friendship, its just about how someone sees you. Its strange, but its also clear, and perhaps easy, now that I see it. So I know what I need to do know. Just be myself and meet as many people as I can. Out of that just see how they r...
