So taking the metaphor of an Egg one step further, what is inside an egg? On the outside you have the shell. Inside the shell you have the potential for a chick. So this potential requires many different factors to be present. It requires fertilization, but also care, warmth and protection, as well as time. So the same is with each of us. We each have a potential. To develop that potential takes time, but also the right actions and conditions.
