Day 852 I take responsibility for this World

So by taking responsibility for this world, for my actions, for other people, for all people actually, for everything... what I am saying is that my actions, and who I am can have an affect on everything, all people, every moment. It's true. I can be the way that would really affect/change any moment. Like speaking in such a way that it wakes people up, it shakes them, it brings attention. This world and how it works, and how we work, how I work= it works perfectly in the sense that we can become exactly what is needed. We have the power of creating.  Being a guardian of the universe means taking responsibility for everybody, all people. It is your job to help every person get closer to their self, and the truth. And that is how we can bring about change. But that means you can't get angry anymore, it means you can't complain, you can't get irritated, you can't lose your patience, and your personality, and your limits are also moot. It really means letting go of yo...

Day 831 The word Unity

So looking at this word Unity: what first comes up is United States. So if we really live the word Unity, then we wouldn't stop at just united states, but continue to say united countries or united world. I suppose that is what United Nations is. What does it mean to live unity? I suppose on a superficial level we can say that we are the United States, but are we united? What does it mean to live Unity? How about the opposite? We are the Separated States, or the separate countries. We all live in separation. Would we prefer that? Do we enjoy our individuality, and our separateness? Do we prefer that distance between us? What does it mean for us to live Unity? What about within us as individuals? Are we united within this body and mind? Are we united in our self? What would that look like? I think that once we understand what it means to be united within our individual selves, will we then more clearly see how to be united as people. Because unity is an expression. And ...

Day 829 We can Live

I am starting to remember and assert who I am. This Journey is long. One of the things we have to do/face is stopping our emotions, such as fear, anger, hate, and love. What this actually means and entails, requires remembering how you were as a child. As a child, you were capable of expression that wasn't based on feelings/emotions. You were capable of such expression that wasn't based on what you felt, or on other people. You just were. You were the expression, be it a Hug, or a kiss, or a dance, or a song, or a painting, or music, or laughter. That expression was real, and it was you that was real in that moment. That is what it means when I say we have to stop our emotions, because we aren't living our expressions when we are staying within our emotions. Even the positive feelings like love, or joy has become something we feel and we react with about other people. It has become a mask or a picture, like a smile that we present to others. It is NOT REAL EXPRESSION. IT ...

Day 821 Real time writing & self-forgiveness - Standing

What do I feel? Fear. What do I fear? I fear losing access to people, to being cut off and shut out. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear losing access to people, to fear being cut off and be shut out. How do I feel now? I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear standing without fear. Nothing. I am remembering my day. There were moments where I was angry, irritated, yet I did self-forgiveness or I pushed for stopping the fears, emotions, anger. I succeeded in feeling nothing again and in acting/doing what is best for all, I went beyond my limitations. I pushed for integrity of my doing and not for money. In the nothingness, I am home. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear taking responsibility for other people and this world, through who I am in absolute detail. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear going into the depth of a person and seeing all of who they are and all that is here within my ...

Day 710 Self-forgiveness on controlling others

There are some people who I interacted with briefly and they went ahead and made some choices where in my mind I am thinking it was because of me, I caused this. I never really let it go. I blamed myself. I know that its not my fault. So its time to do some SF. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to take responsibility for other's selves. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to try to be responsible for who someone is. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe I can be responsible for who someone is. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be responsible for the self of another person. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself try to take ownership of another person's self, the who they are.... I cannot, its impossible... I can only take responsibility for my self. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself blame myself for what another person does or decided to be. I forgive myself fo...

Day 35 What I want to SEE

When I look online and around me, I don't see what I really want there to be. In the deepest part of me there is something that I want. There is something that I want to see happen. There is something that I want to see people doing and being. I want to see people, adults, teenagers, all people, old people, just say I am your friend to each other, everyone, anyone. I want to see people just laugh with each other, play with each other. I want to see people not care or be afraid of how they will look. I want to see people just want to have FUN. I want to see the end of this separation. I want to see people looking at the trees, and connecting with the spirit of the trees. I want to see people marvel at a tree, any tree, every tree. I want to see honesty, direct honesty from people. I want to see people taking responsibility for their opinions, beliefs, for what they say and think, and feel. I don't want to see anyone blaming anyone else for what they feel or think. I ...

Day 19 Passion, Tenacity, Motivation

A Passion, a Anger, a Need, an Action, a Doing, a Tenacity, a Commitment... something like your very soul stirring within you... the agitation, the inability to sit still and do nothing. The Strength, the Call for action. This thing I am describing doesn't necessarily have to be here. I don't have to access it. I can just not call upon it, and it won't be here. Simple as that. As long as I call upon it, as long as I bring it here, live it here, it will be here. It takes my action, my initiation, my awareness, my movement for starting the fire, igniting the flames. It otherwise won't just happen most likely on its own. To live this everyday requires a decision everyday to live it. To write this blog everyday requires a decision to write it. To access the best of myself and the strength of this body requires me to call upon it. It won't happen otherwise, everyday. I can feel my heart beating faster. It has a physical effect, a physical activation. I am more...

A Global Community - One World -

The world that is out there, and the world that is right here around our heads are the same. We are creating the world out there through the world we keep right here. This includes our thoughts, feelings, emotions, even the secrets ones, even the ones that pop up for a moment and then we suppress them. We don't really know how to work with our emotions and feelings effectively. We are very good at suppressing them, yes we can do that. This skill of suppression allows us to do our jobs, come home to our families, and wake up each day, but it has a price to pay and it has to come out eventually. It affects our health, it slowly pops up unexpectedly and in this worst possible moments in our relationships and workplace. We would be much better off if we knew how to really work with our emotions, feelings, and thoughts well. We would have more control, we could do much better. The other thing is our disconnect from life. We have become very selfish and very self-centered in our lifest...

Day 16 Using Eqafe to answer my question

Image
This Eqafe interview: https://eqafe.com/p/compassion-gives-you-your-life-back-life-review Helps me to understand this 'Passion', this 'Anger', this 'intensity' that is not a positive experience within me, where I am focusing on Existence, on what is best for all, on the problems in the world and the solutions I see we can do. By focusing on the ALL of Existence, I am not looking for my positive experience, my energy, my mind, my thoughts to participate in them. How I found this interview was by going to the Eqafe search bar and typing in what I was interested in, in what question I had. So I searched for 'Anger' to find perspective on this Anger within me that was not positive and it relates to when looking at the World, the best for all that can be done. The way I would describe it is that I am putting myself into action. I am writing my blogs, I am doing what I can online, I move and act and contribute to bringing forth the world that I want to...

Day11 - Depression as Cynicism and Pessimism

Today I learned that I have been feeling depression as Cynicism and Pessimism that the a world that is best for all won't happen. I felt this way as a reaction to seeing people give up, argue for their limitations, not willing to change, look at a point, or learn from it. It came from seeing people talking about money, and the natural world like its a dead thing. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel depression when seeing people talk about the nature as a dead thing and talk about how important money is. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel depression when I see people argue for their limitations and refuse to investigate themselves further. I also feel this way when people tell me how a world that is best for all is not possible. I also feel angry as I try to tell them why it is. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel depressed when people tell me that a world that is best for all is not possible. I forgiv...

Friendship

You Can be Friends with ANYONE. And Anyone can Be Friends with YOU!!! This wording is specific. Because currently we view Friendship as something that either Exists or doesn't. We don't view Friendship as a VERB as an ACTION. We tend to make ourselves POWERLESS when it comes to the Friendships that we have or have had. I was like this too. I believed I only connected with certain people and that's it. That it wasn't my fault that I didn't have control. So here we are going to open up the misconceptions we have with Friendships and open up the Potentially best way to live when it comes to the people in your everyday life. In our days we tend to have jobs and are stuck with certain people for certain amount of time. And in other times of the day we are free to choose who we spend time with. HERE, we will not be discussing at all about these dimension of choice, that is up to you to arrange your time. We are here focusing on what you DO when you are WITH someone...

I will recreate Myself

I am in the process of Recreating myself completely. I was stuck in a place. And so I either stay stuck here or recreate myself. So far, the road that brought me here to being stuck was one where I uncovered myself, my secrets, and what I am good at and what I enjoy doing in this world. I found, you could say, exactly what many people look for in this life. Yet knowing who I am, knowing my being, it was not enough. Because this world system, this environment, I cannot live my being, live my creativity, live my expression as who I am right now. Because this world rejects it. So here is my stuckness: I am not able to live my being in this world system in a harmony, in an equilibrium, in a balance, in stability. In other words, I am not able to be me. Many people have suicided when they reach a somewhat similar point. Or they make other compromises, for example they stay simply stuck forever... They never change... because how can they? This is who they really are, in their soul, ...

Day 53- Chloe

Chloe Leanne Brooks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYChu-UvzL8 There is much we do not know unless we experience the loss of something. Do you appreciate your own food, your body? Do you appreciate the air, the ability to walk up, the ability to dress yourself, take a shower? Do you appreciate the chance at being alive and live, be a part of the world, being able to be, live and interact with people in the world? When you look at silly reasons, excuses, fears, about what if they don't like you, what if things go bad, what if things don't work out, what if your dreams, goals, plans don't pan out. Look at the fact that you are alive and could actually do these things, attempt such things. Because one day you won't have the opportunity anymore, your time will be up. This is true for everyone. No one lives forever. Learn from others and the experiences they are going through, like Chloe Brooks who shares herself in this video. Place yourself in her shoes and see thr...

Day 16 Ending the War within Self

There are a million different abuses and problems in the world. Oceans are dying, the Earth is dying, children are dying and being abused, animals are dying, greed, violence, and an economic that perpetuates it. And on and on.... I am the meaning of Life. Saving the planet is not the point. Saving the world is not the point. Saving children is not the point. Saving the animals, the waters, the people are not the point. I am the point. I am a child. I am a planet. I am a water, a people, a earth. I am an animal. Am I saving me? I am living in emotional turmoil and suffering. I am living in abuse. What am I doing about it? Where is the value for the life that is me? How I treat me, isn't that how I will treat others? Is it possible to do what is BEST for others, even when I am not doing what is BEST for me? I may be thinking I am saving others or doing what is best for others, but is that not from my limited point of view if I am still abusing me, putting me through hel...

Conversations on Oneness and Equality 5

Previous: http://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2016/09/conversations-on-oneness-and-equality-4.html Today we are looking at the oneness and equality of physical matter. Which is the potential for physical matter to take on any shape, form or expression. To start, lets consider what has been tested and shown in the physical sciences. This includes chemistry and biology. So in chemistry you have the periodic table which describes all of the atoms that known to exist. These atoms together make up all of the substances we perceive with our senses, like woods, metals, ceramics, air, water, fire etc... What is interesting about the substances that we interact with is that they can change shape, form and expression. For example, consider the miracle of fire. If you had no knowledge of fire, would you have really expected anything to occur if you continuously rub two sticks together? I mean, even heat. Would really expect that if you rub your two hands together that it would cause the sens...

Fairness

Fairness, what is it? It is certainly a word. It certainly has a definition. Based on how the word is used, the word fair is often used to express an emotional protest to something, often in the contest of another receiving something more than you. Hence the phrase: "That's not fair!!!" What is interesting is that the word equal can be used, instead of fair, and equal does not have an emotional meaning. What is equal is equal. So you can say that those people and myself are not equally receiving the same thing. Naturally, anyone who is quite stable and seeing things rationally would ask why? Why is this person receiving more than me? The answer will depend on the actual practical physical context. Maybe its a game, where the winner receives a prize. So they receive the prize cause they win. It can be grades (or marks ) where a person receives a higher grade (or mark) if they answered more questions correctly. It can be many answers. What is interesting is that when ...

Money can change the world now.

What do you think of a life of a person who works to make the most money he can make with his skill and ability, but then lives a very modest and austere lifestyle, and uses the money to support change in the world? I would think such an individual would be a great individual. Because they are committing their time to the fullest, and they are using their dollars to the fullest, because they are careful with money, and they use what money they can to support change in the world so that it will impact everyone. What do you think will happen if everyone does this? Or even a few more people today and each day? What if we all really value our dollars and spend it wisely? One investment is to spend your money to support the needs of a person who is dedicated and committed to daily create content to change people's awareness and support them to change themselves. This is a good investment because it is a investment in the change of people, who in turn can support and contribute to the ...

Honesty and Idealism

The Ideal world. What does it mean to be an idealist in this world? To be an idealist, according to me, is to have the ideal set within you. Where your ideal is your honest ideal. It is not the ideal that conflicts with who you are on a deep level of self, really want. And on that level you want what is best for everyone. This ideal is in fact the same for everyone in principle. There are slight variations in wording and phrasing, but the essence of it is the same message. What is my ideal world/situation. Ideally everyone is taken care of, and everyone has the willingness and the motivation to care for their individual self and that of others. That the product of everyone being cared for is done through everyone caring for their individual self and others. Now, the question is how do we make sure a world possible? You obviously need to start with yourself, and those who are already willing to become such a person. That you assist and support them, and you assist and support yourself...

I want to see the world change. Do you?

I want to see the world change. I want to see everyone standing up, coming together, and change how things work. I want to see people being selfless by doing the work, making the sacrifice/commitment to the work and positions within a society that does what is best for everyone. I want to see the young people standing up, I want to see the old generations standing up. I want to see everyone from every background and culture uniting for this one purpose; our common ground, which is the land we stand upon. That we fix the money system, that we cover all the holes that leak. That no more do people fall through the cracks into poverty into making decisions that are bad for them that go against their real talents and life purpose. No one should have to work to make money to survive.  Survival is outdated. We haven't had to survive for centuries! We have been living in an age of abundance for so long. At this point survival is artificial, its not real. But we have been accepting and allo...

Who am I? Day 316

Image
I have written about this topic many times. I may even have a blog somewhere that is titled who I am. But this time the question is, Who am I? as if someone else is asking this question. So to answer this question I am going to be answering another question. That is Why do I write this blog? So this blog is part of my commitment to become Life, through writing, sharing, and in the real world, living the words I have written in every day life. So it does take years, yes, 7 years in fact, of writing and application in every day life, to truly change yourself on every level, dimension, nugget, and speck of yourself. So why I write the way I do right now? Well, I have had a journey in itself in writing my blog. You can see over the years how my writings has changed. That is because who I was within it, has changed. Before I was brand new, meaning I was full of fears, self-judgment worry, self-conscious, thinking about what others would think or say, etc... Now, I walk my process in ...
