Day 694 Doing what's best for myself

Image
Judging myself for doing what's best for myself. Judging myself as bad, not good. Feeling stressed about it. I'm in a possession, so just going to do self-forgiveness unconditionally to start. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as a bad for doing what's best for me. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel stressed about doing what's best for me. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hate myself for doing what's best for me. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to deny myself what is best for me. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel burdened by doing what's best for me. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think and beLIEve that I am not allowed to do what's best for me. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to resist doing what is best for me. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel drained of...

Day 89 Why Do I wake up Everyday? Second TAKE

So I have been looking at this question about why I wake up everyday. I am looking at the dimension of How I have Woke up in the Past, and Why and for what I woke up for in the Past. I am also looking at the dimension of Redefinition and what I would genuinely like to love, would love to live, what would serve me the best!!!!!!! So let's get started!!!!! I listened to this eqafe interview on Mood Swings, and it help focus in on how I can wake up in a MOOD and how that can affect my day. https://eqafe.com/p/moods-moods-and-our-daily-lives-atlanteans-part-505 And helping me remember that it all comes down to a choice. You are faced with a mood, and you don't want to do the dishes, and you decide to do it anyway, as yourself, as your body, with your presence, and you transform the moment of a bad mood to a simply physical doing that is calm, natural, good-feeling like in a very normal way. Like a very natural like doing. At the same time in the beginning you may have to real...

Day 71 Update on Adrenaline

Update since Blog post Adrenaline: https://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2018/11/day-69-adrenaline.html So since I have been walking the point of Adrenaline as described in my blog, well here's an update. I have been paying attention to my physical heart, and when and in what moments I react so that adrenaline or my blood pressure kicks it up, and so I feel my heart pounding. So I have been purposefully being calm and relax in my time where I don't have to be running around. One of the greatest luxuries in life is being able to just take your time walking somewhere, to just enjoy the view, enjoy the moment, going slow. This requires time. Also, by paying attention to my heart, this has helped me in conversations where I can remain calm, and more stable and not react within conversation topics. At the same time, when I do talk, I see I'm much more effective, and pay much more attention to what was just said, and able to bring through my point, as how I see it, clea...

Day 2 Reacting under Threat of Punishment? I know who I am.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fight for what is best for all. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use what is best for all as an excuse to generate emotions and feelings. Emotions and feelings are always unacceptable. If a person is screaming at you or yelling at you, and you react, it is still your responsibility. If you use screaming and yelling to get someone to stop, that is unacceptable. You can't use emotions and feelings for what is best for all. It's not possible. You don't have to worry about whether what you are doing or saying is leading to emotions and feelings in others. All you have to focus on is whether you are having any emotions or feelings. If are you able to create the most beautiful and perfect relationship using feelings, it is still meaningless. If you are able to make this world a utopia and bring order by using using your emotions, it is worthless. Anything and Everything "created" thro...

Day 400 - Series: Looking Back to the past Part 1

I figure it would be cool to check out old posts and review/expand them. From April 14 2012, http://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2012/04/1st-day-april-14th.html "I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to generate emotions while watching the tv show supernatural. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to generate emotions and feelings while watching fringe. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to generate emotions while playing the online game dead frontier. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to generate energy as emotions and feelings when I compete with other players and use them for my own purposes, involving deception. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think, I have just been playing all day, I haven’t done anything. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from what I am doing on a Saturday. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to generate emotion of str...

A shortness of breath? Difficulty speaking? A quiet personality? A source point for all of that and more. 208

So this will be a slightly different, yet entertaining, or at least interesting, lol, post. So I have the following that I wrote a few days ago, and I wish to expand upon it because more has opened up today regarding this, so take a look:  --------- Being aware of the life existent everywhere. How do you feel about that? How do you feel or react, right now in the moment, when you are aware of, in this moment, of the life that existent everywhere, in each and every thing, person and being, including animals and plants, and that life is one and equal. How do you feel? For me, I felt a contraction of my abdominal muscles. So yes, I was physically reacting in the moment I was becoming aware of that life that is existent everywhere, which is equal and one. The question is why do I physically react? The full answer would requires years of study. The simple answer is that we are mind-controlled, by what? Our own minds. And that we created that point of control and enslavement of...
