Day 943 Refresher of the basics Part 1

I am going to be writing out some fundamentals when it comes to process.  What is process? We refer to the journey/time it will take to change/develop/become someone who stands within the principle of what is best for all as one and as equal. What is this principle? The best way to look at this principle is to look at reality, the physical reality in its entirety. You can start with your room, and where you are now. You are in a physical space, and you know everywhere on this planet is a physical place. Everything is equal in the fact that exists, and is temporary. Part of the inequality is the desire to live forever. You can see that playing out with some people. You can see some inequality in those that profess that this reality is created by God to serve them.  As for equality, you can see it in those who see the animals as the same spirit as us, and that when we consume their flesh they become one with us, and we honor their life. And thus we must strive to protect the eco...

Day 62 My first blog post

Link https://yoganjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2012/04/ I know that for other people, they may not get my connection with my first blog post online. Let me try to explain why the moment is special for me and why I revisit it sometimes. There is a purity to someone just starting their process, and posting online for the first time. There is a simplicity, just like a baby or child. There is a purity, a innocence, a good-will of intent. There is also that first step of bravery where you are going public, you are exposing yourself, you are writing something personal and real. My first blog post didn't seem like much, but for me it was. I was REALLY MEANING and standing behind my self-forgiveness. I meant every word, and I wrote it, spoke it, and lived it very deeply within myself. I remember where I was, I remember the feel of the room, I remember the orientation. I remember the emotions and feelings, I remember just the moment. I really had in that moment the intent and will to wa...

Day 51 - ending chronic Anger

Chronic Anger is a problem. It is infectious. You ever notice how anger is one of those things that spreads so easily? If someone in a room speaks in anger, it immediately, readily and easily passes itself along to everyone else? Its so infectious. Other kinds of emotions don't seem to work that way. Happiness? doesn't spread so easily. Sadness? doesn't spread so easily. Fear? I think fear actually spreads pretty easily. These are just my observations. So there is something about Anger and Blame. It jacks up your heart, and hits you where it hurts. It gets you going. You act on it, you feed on it. You retaliate with it So easy to do it. Taking the high road. Being professional. Doing your job right. Requires not acting in anger. Being open, intimate, vulnerable, goes in the opposite direction of anger. Whereas with anger you are throwing stones, being intimate, open and vulnerable, is to be bare naked almost inviting attacks on yourself, because you won't fight ...

Who am I? Day 316

Image
I have written about this topic many times. I may even have a blog somewhere that is titled who I am. But this time the question is, Who am I? as if someone else is asking this question. So to answer this question I am going to be answering another question. That is Why do I write this blog? So this blog is part of my commitment to become Life, through writing, sharing, and in the real world, living the words I have written in every day life. So it does take years, yes, 7 years in fact, of writing and application in every day life, to truly change yourself on every level, dimension, nugget, and speck of yourself. So why I write the way I do right now? Well, I have had a journey in itself in writing my blog. You can see over the years how my writings has changed. That is because who I was within it, has changed. Before I was brand new, meaning I was full of fears, self-judgment worry, self-conscious, thinking about what others would think or say, etc... Now, I walk my process in ...

A Practical Application Part 2: Your Home. The Egg. 287

This post will be an expansion of A Practical Application: The Egg Boundary 285 A Practical Application: The Egg Boundary 285 A Practical Application: The Egg Boundary 285 A Practical Application: The Egg Boundary 285 A Practical Application: The Egg Boundary 285 So we will be exploring a slightly different but very important application when it comes to this Egg boundary we all have. So taking the metaphor of an Egg one step further, what is inside an egg? On the outside you have the shell. Inside the shell you have the potential for a chick. So this potential requires many different factors to be present. It requires fertilization, but also care, warmth and protection, as well as time. So the same is with each of us. We each have a potential. To develop that potential takes time, but also the right actions and conditions. So last time we were looking at how the application of seeing one's boundary helped dispel illusions that somehow transgressed the boundary. Th...

Being Quiet 243

Silence I can become very quiet. I can sit and listen to someone talking to me, as long as they are talking. And I can sit with them in silence. I have never done this before, but I would find it quite enjoyable. That I would live/be with someone, and we would never speak, yet we would communicate without words. Now that I went through a personal journey where I spoke and expressed me, I am looking what is required of me. Meaning that what the moment requires of me, whether it is to speak or not to speak. So to again be silent. And its simply based on what the moment requires. Its funny that I have a slight to resistance to not speaking. It's only slight. I find that I can drown my thoughts in silence. That the silence is all pervading, all consuming, a never ending dark pool of liquid. I have heard some people in my life say that to be silent, to not speak would be a torture, something that they can't do, and would lead to great stress and anxiety. I have s...
