Day 923 RISK

RISK Author unknown  To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.  To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.  To reach out to others is to risk involvement.  To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.  To place your ideas, your dreams before a crowd is to risk their loss.  To love is to risk not being loved in return.  To live is to risk dying.  To hope is to risk despair.  To try is to risk failure.  But risks must be taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to do nothing.  The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, and is nothing.  They may avoid suffering and sorrow, but they cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love, live.  Chained by their attitudes, they are a slave, they forfeited their freedom.  Only the person who risks can be free This above poem was written in the old desteni forum. Dont know who wrote it. But it was significant for me, so I saved it. I am in a position where I don't ...

Day 916 The Suppressed Self

Something I have is an effective ability to read others. What I notice is 2 categories of people. 1) obvious and 2) hidden. Being obvious is when a person is saying whats on their mind, and acting with whatever their mind tells them to do.  Being hidden, is suppressing the mind, and instead showing another image to others. The mind will eventually spill out. And the degree or skill of suppression varies. Some are experts at it, usually out of necessity for work or daily life. Since every person is born an innocent child, for a person to develop a mind conscious system that is so disharmonious with the needs of everyday life, they must have gone through an abnormal and abusive living situation as a child. Picture bullying, being beaten up, raped as a child, or any other horrible, painful, treatment by others: adult, other children, teachers etc...  The mind develops under these conditions. Naturally one such conditioning is anger or rage. Because to protect ones body or s...

Day 867 Fear exists on the You Level

So another blog on the human mind/programming details using myself as the example.  One of the reasons why blogging is supportive is by having your programming out there in the world, it frees you. Because part of it is keeping it a secret. By saying that you have this issue, then people can't use it against you.  Fear can only work in the moment/here. Fear doesn't exist in the past or the future. You can only ever feel afraid now. The same with everything else really. The only thing that exists is what is here/now. So if you find yourself thinking about some future moment and feeling fear, then realize you are only feeling fear right now, and so all you have to do is to move yourself in this moment. Step out of the fear in this moment. And so don't think or believe that a future fearful moment will happen. I notice this type of thinking of feeling afraid of being afraid of like a future moment. So your in your mind thinking about how something will happen and how you wo...

Day 785 Can you stand in the shoes of someone you Feel Anger towards?

Image
Standing in everyone's shoes would necessitate that all fear and anger end. Because how can you be angry at yourself? Or how can you possibly fear yourself? Doing so would be absurd. The statement: I stand as all as one and equal, is specific. Imagine a person saying that they stand as everyone: All the people across the world, all the people you know or have heard of or encountered and of all the countries, and places, and parts in the world. To stand absolutely with all that exists: there can only be one meaning or one interpretation. Standing as everyone challenges your own point of separation: it challenges your anger, and your fear and your judgment and blame. Because you will resist standing as someone who you judge, blame, fear, or feel anger which you direct at them. Standing as everyone would support peace, harmony, and simply being supportive, constructive, present, warm, and gracious. I am working with Fear and Anger when it comes to what I see on the News an...

Standing up to Abusers

I have been through abusive situations with various people. And in each situation I haven't stood up for whats best for all. I will write out several of these situations. What happened. What I said, and did, and what the other person said and did. I will also describe how I felt. I will then write out how to stand up to the abuse so that it becomes what is best for all. Abusive situation #1 A person wanted to discuss something with me and I was not interested. They got upset. They insisted and I also insisted no. Eventually they said I'm gonna take this glass and smash it over your head. I immediately felt scared, threatened and intimidated. I have been living with this fear for 2 years. And it has forever changed how I viewed this person and how we relate. In that situation though I didn't say anything. I retreated. I was scared. Now, what should I have done? Putting myself back in that situation in my Imagination, and memory, I see I should have said the following:...

Day 46 The STRUGGLE: Power over Others, or Power over Myself?

There is a struggle within oneself. The struggle is for power. But we incorrectly place  power over others as more important then power over ourselves. What is power over self? Power ove Self is being able to stop what you are feeling, what you are thinking, and reacting within yourself. It is the domain of your body. That is what you have power over. How we are currently existing as Humanity, as all people is that we don't have power over ourselves and so we seek power over others. Why? We are seeking power over others because we are not giving ourselves the power over ourselves, which is our birthright. To exist, you have the right to have power over your self, your thoughts, what you feel, your backchat, your reactions. And if we don't stand within our birthright, we are standing outside of what is right for ourselves, so we feel wrong and inadequate and weak and we are seeking for someone else that we may either control with power or that can control us with power. ...

Day 44 Letting go the Idea of me, and embracing US

There is so much that we assume it just who we are, and will always be, and is right to be, and best to be. But what about when who you are is not best to be? When what best best for we, us, all, is in conflict with self, what then? Learning to let go of Self, in order to step into the shoes of us, we, the all. We have seen throughout history and movies, where people falsely step into the shoes of what is good for all, or best for all, where they in fact are upholding a definition of self, a point of ego, a point of SELF that must manifest. What happens when your self, your identity, the definition, and idea of who you are, your self is nothing, disappears? You are able to see a grander point of view, a more encompassing point of view, the view of all that exists right here. Doing what is best for all that is here, just make sense, because there is no obstacle, no resistance, no idea or belief of self holding you back from doing what is right and best for all. There is an e...

Day 29 How to Forgive the Abuser

So the next step in my blogs is to address the situation when you are faced with people who have used Confidence to manipulate you. Like how I said in previous blogs, people/humans are not aware, they are minds. So your mind systems moves to manipulate others with Confidence as one technique. When I am faced with people who have manipulated me, I feel anger. I feel irritated, annoyed. I feel rage. I feel blame. It is just pure anger. So this blog will be about how to, lets say forgive others for abuse they have done to you. The simple answer is that in order to forgive others, I really just have to forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel anger, irritated, annoyed and to blame them. Because I realize that people are not aware. They are acting out their programming. And yes they did manipulate me, and you could say the following:    if they had known better, if they had been aware, if they hadn't manipulated, then I would have gotten back some years in my l...

Day 20 Respect

You can only ask for the amount of respect from another, that is the same amount of respect you have for yourself. If you have low self respect, you will allow others to treat you like shit. If you have high self respect then you won't allow others to treat you like shit, where you will remove yourself from the environment and/or speak up. But for sure you won't just take it and feel like shit and just continue like that. You are responsible for your emotions and feelings. You are responsible for how you handle situations and other people. Are you striving for the best quality of life for yourself? Here quality of life refers to things like how people treat you, and the kind of people in your life. There are sayings that say you choose the people you hangout with. You choose your friends. This choice determines much about you. Equally so, you choose to whether to spend time with your family. You don't have to spend time with your family or anyone. So you have choice....

Day 18 The Self

What comes up within you when speaking, reading, hearing the word Self? Self refers to your self. Are you complete, whole? Are you fractured? Fearful? Worried Happy Sad Joyful What is the word or words? Whatever the words are it doesn't mean its good or bad. What matters is whether you were even aware of your relationship with yourself. What matters is that you have that connection with yourself. What matters is you KNOW what you feel. What matters is that you have that connection BECAUSE then you can actually make changes. Fact, You cannot change yourself without first knowing yourself. You have to Know thyself. Self is not something you can really categorize. Its not good or bad. It just is. You can be separate from yourself. You not know yourself. You can suppress yourself. You can abuse yourself. What words do you live with yourself? What changes can you make, or need to make to make things better? Are you happy with yourself? Maybe you need ...

Day 17 You are the Key

You only accept and allow someone to do something to you, if you already have been and are accepting and allowing yourself to do it within yourself. Self is the key. Self holds the key. You are the Key. When someone yells at you and you react, its because you have been yelling at yourself within yourself already. If you stop all yelling, all abuse within yourself that you do to yourself, then no amount of yelling or abuse can cause you to react or feel anything. You are whole and complete. Right now we are not whole and complete. We are fractured. Right now when we see the abuse in the world, we react. Right now when we see people yell, scream, hit, abuse, gossip, we react. We react because we are doing these things to ourselves in our heads, with our thoughts, with what we feel. Reaction is feeling/emotion. You are feeling something about something. When you stop your own abuse, stop your own feeling something about something, within yourself, then you are free. T...

Day 2 Reacting under Threat of Punishment? I know who I am.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fight for what is best for all. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use what is best for all as an excuse to generate emotions and feelings. Emotions and feelings are always unacceptable. If a person is screaming at you or yelling at you, and you react, it is still your responsibility. If you use screaming and yelling to get someone to stop, that is unacceptable. You can't use emotions and feelings for what is best for all. It's not possible. You don't have to worry about whether what you are doing or saying is leading to emotions and feelings in others. All you have to focus on is whether you are having any emotions or feelings. If are you able to create the most beautiful and perfect relationship using feelings, it is still meaningless. If you are able to make this world a utopia and bring order by using using your emotions, it is worthless. Anything and Everything "created" thro...

Share what you know

There is a responsibility for those that have access to life experience to share it. If you have experience, knowledge or training that protects you from harm, you have a responsibility to share that with those who don't have it, so that they are protected. If you see someone who is naive, and lacking the knowledge, you have the responsibility to support them to learn so as to protect themselves. IF you have knowledge or training that helps you to do something faster or better, you have the responsibility to share what you know with those who don't know so that they can do something faster or better. Otherwise, they won't know and they maybe will learn after making many mistakes, maybe. So if they harm themselves because they didn't know, it is your fault/responsibility for not sharing the information. If they choose to not listen or apply the information, you have the responsibility to insist, and even to protect them from themselves. If you allow them to harm themsel...

Spark to ignite the flame 330

So when I had a little time today, I decided to sit down and watch tv. Now the first channel that was on was Nickelodeon, and it was the middle of the day, so the programming that was on was a child's tv show. Now it is interesting that we call television shows, tv programming... Do you see? You are being programmed? So I hated what I saw on tv, and especially what I heard. But this is only because I know better now, however, growing up watching tv, I would watch these types of shows daily hours on end. For some reason I was attracted to this television programming designed for kids. Why? I didn't know. And yet, know as an adult, I can reference the same experience. It still has an effect on me, except now I know better. The main thing I hate about these shows is how it doesn't depict REALITY at all. The way the people act, how they act, how they treat each other, is very obviously insincere and fake, which you can even hear it in the voice. But if you don't have expe...

What money's purpose is 325

Image
So the importance of money. So to illustrate this, I will point to this scene in a 1979 animate movie called Jack Frost. In this scene the poor villagers made their own money, and this helped them as they had no money. All of their money was taken by their ruler. So in this scene this shows how easily one can help themselves by making their own money. As well, the importance of having enough money in circulation among people, which means people must have money for it to circulate. https://youtu.be/w1vgtArmuvQ?t=7m39s So really. Money should be available to everyone equally. And this can be seen by the fact that money's only purpose is to make sure that everyone has access to everything. But we humans have ignored and denied this purpose of money. But we can live it again. Money can be created in any moment. Money isn't real in itself. So to say I am a millionaire while there are people who are poor, and believing that is real is an illusion, as money can be erased in a...

Day 51: Self-prescribed limits? What is best for all...

Image
Psychology is the study on the Human. Broadly, this includes the mind, and how the mind connects to behaviors, and how both learning and perceptions occur through the mind. Interestingly enough, the mind has become the sole foundation of what a human being consists of. The belief we are our minds is not explicitly discussed, though, by my observation, it is safely assumed by everyone. Because we humans accept and allow ourselves to exist in such a limited definition of ourselves, then that is what we live, and also what scientists then observe. In general, it is the job of psycho-scientists to discover the principles that Humanity is living by currently. It is essentially blasphemy in the world of empirical research to prescribe theories onto reality, though this often occurs. When a scientist has studied their area of interest, they usually prescribe solutions that fit withi...

Day-41: Equal Money and Competition; How will children live in a world that is best for all?

Image
I did a vlog on this text below that i wrote, and i will now follow through with self-forgiveness... -->   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_JXNYxwQTY&list=LLY4LU4QVg06KgqTCMkNUtUQ&feature=mh_lolz Children are taught competition. Look at this commonsense. Children are taught games where competition is required. Why is this brainwashing/teaching not questioned? If no child was brainwashed to play sports based on compeition, or games of competition etc… would children compete? If children were given everything they required to live a dignified life, would they compete? If children were taught to care for life and each other, would they compete? Obviously not. The entire generation of abusers and ego can end in One generation of children if humanity dares to take on the challenge. We think competition is natural, though ask yourself, would competition exist without survival? What if survival was taken care of, that everythin you require is provided ...

Day-32:OutRage

Image
So im going to look at a small point, the thought that, when hearing that only a few prosper from the system we have, the Immediate Reaction that We Have of Thinking, No, wait the majority of Humans are Happy, the majority are well, and are taken care of, isn’t this so?                 So this statement for me is a difficult point to face as I  can imagine all the points people can bring up, which are existent within me obviously otherwise I would not have them. People may say, but where we are now is soooooo much better than 100 years ago. People live longer, they use to die at a younger age. We have technology, cell phones, and medicine and even a public education system where anyone can get educated now, so there are no excuses for suffering. These statements I just wrote out shows the general ignorance and denial that many Americans live in and I bet Europeans too. Looking at history, wh...
