Day 846 Fear can be a Positive Experience

 So I stumbled upon something recently. It is about Fear. That fear can be experienced as a positive or negative experience. So the idea that Fear is only something negative is wrong. And because of what I learned about Anger some 2 years ago, that it can also be lived in a positive way, then it makes sense to conclude that perhaps all emotions/feelings can actually be experienced as positive or negative. 

This is a revolutionary perspective. As it brings the focus more on energy and how we are perhaps choosing or living experiences based on positivity/negativity, so polarity. Because the end goal of the mind is simply to garner more energy for itself through experience, and it doesn't really care whether it is positive or negative. 

A brain scientist might say that emotions/feelings are just chemical experiences in our bodies. To which I would say that if you look at how we actually relate to it on a meta-physical level, then it is interacting on the level of personality, thought, belief, and so who we are. Here i am using the word metaphysical as meta- and then physical, so something that is just another layer kind of right behind of the physical. Yet still interacting with the physical.

So through dropping this idea that positive experiences are good and negative experiences are bad. And also choosing to stop all emotional experiences until you are just here, and nothing is here, nothing is moving within you on this Self Level, this meta level. Then that is having access to your self-programming, the who you are, and so you can rewrite your script of yourself. 

For me it is super important to understand what is the experience I am having? So with learning that Fear and any emotion can be experienced in either positive or negative way, then I know what to look out for in my physical and mental reactions. So I know what to stop. 

One of the utmost goals and levels that a person can reach is to clear their words of all positive and negative connotations, so they can basically work with information practically without reacting. To be able to yell or scream without emotion. To never be angry, to never feel fear. To focus on the physical effects and how to effective in the physical. So what I am sharing today is a part of that end. Realizing how any emotion can be lived and experiences in a positive or negative way, and so to not limit the search or the understanding of your experience to only one polarity. And with that understanding you can end what you are experiencing. You can be the master of yourself. You can decide who you are, and your experience, which is all done through firstly stopping who you are now, stopping the energy, stopping the programming, and truly stand here with your body, and so with the physical reality. 

I suppose that by the end of this process of transformation, you would be the master of both the positive and negative as well. Because that is what is prevalent throughout this reality, and our human experiences is positivity and negativity. So through being a master of that, you no longer would be moved by attempts to move you. You can walk through and among the points and the people that represent that polarity. 

For an average person, if you think about such a life, your life would be just a constant push and pull of positive and negative experiences. That is what motivates you. That is what drives you. That is who you are, at least until you stop it. So stopping it seems inconceivable, yet it is not really who your are. Who you are is the one that Decides, or can Decide. You do not have to make your decision based on what you are Feeling or Thinking. You are not your experience. What you decide to Do is who you are. And you can always Choose. Choice isn't free though. There is always an effect. There can be consequences. There can be harm. There can be what is supportive. If you have the respect of nature, then look at a tree, and realize that a tree doesn't exist in positivity or negativity. It exists within and as the physical. So you can do the same as well. You can Do, Be and Live, all without energy/experiences/polarity/personality/belief/positivity/negativity

If you make this transformation your life long goal, then you will find success. Give yourself the time, and you will make it happen.
