Day 890 Be Alive
In the video called the Imagine no Rings of Power, Bernard Poolman says how if you want to simplify things, you can say that there is only two choices, that which is best for all and that which is not best for all.
I can see how it is that simple. That if you make it your intent to live what is best for all, then that is what you do. And the words themselves have meaning because in the vocabulary of man, if we don't even speak of doing what is best for all, then that isn't part of our intent.
And I can see how Bernard lived what is best for all, and how he says in the video that even by the very resonance of him speaking people will attack him because what is best for all is a threat to the way people are living, which isn't best for all, but is of a form of what is best for their "self."
When I wake up in the morning I know what is best for all, and we all can see the same thing as well. The best way to wake up is with expression, just like a child jumping on your bed to wake you up, you must do the same but with yourself. You are living every single moment of your life as expression. Because expression is when you make it real. Real joy, real love, real happiness. Otherwise its fake. You have got to move as your body. So what does real waking up look like?
Stretching and moving up, feeling your body, breathing deep, feeling the breath. Making a sound, a grunt, and whoo yah!!! jump a bit. That is waking up for real. And this is but one moment of the day. And the expressiveness of life applies for all moments. That is when living is real.
And it is within the starting point of what is best for all, what is real, what is best, what is truth, what is real living, the fact that we are all one and equal. Everything is One and Equal. And living that truth completely in who you are and all your actions and decisions for your entire life, of every size. That is when your heart really starts beating, that is when you are really alive.
Be alive
