Day 877 Everyday moments

 So in my everyday moments, that is what creates my experience. And the primary thing I can change is the moment. The basics is that I have to stop the mind, stop the energies, and the preprogramming within me. With it stopping there is silence. Have a look, if you can take any moment of your life, you can see how in any moment there is, there is either thought, emotion or feeling, with emotion being negative energies of emotions, emotions with negative charge, and then you have feelings which simply have that positive charge. And this is something you feel in your body no doubt. I have to emphasize that point because we are so disconnected from our bodies that many of aren't aware that everything is happening within our bodies. And so many beliefs are created that revolve around like a mental reality, another airy astral reality, or other dimensions, which is due to the power of our minds to simulate such experience through emotions, feelings and thoughts. Even these beliefs fall into the category of the statement that any moment of your life you can see how there is either thought, emotion or feeling within you. 

In this situation, where such a simple statement can define so much of our lives, it should raise concern. Because the implications of this is that you are predictable, in not so much the case that others can predict what you will do, but that you can predict/know what you will do based on these three factors. It implies slavery and control. Because the question is do you decide what you will feel? Do you decide what particular emotion/feeling or thought will be there? Is it your decision? Or is it something you accept and allow? Is it rather something you receive? Are you actually picking and choosing what your response is? Or has it already been decided?

This can be a very tough thing to question and answer honestly. Because you want to believe you are a person, you are normal, that everything is fine, that you want to believe that you have freedom, and you are free, and you are well and healthy. So you will gravitate to such answers that of course I am choosing, I am choosing based on my personality or experience, that this is simply who I am. Or that you will say to yourself: I am happy with my Life. I am happy with myself.    

Lies disguise the truth. Are you truly happy in every moment of your life? Look here, we have an example of feelings as positive energy. It is quality of making things feel positive and well. That is part of the trio of thoughts, emotions and feelings, that are predetermined. Logically, your mind would have such self-defense mechanisms to protect itself. It has already planned out ways to defend itself.

As long as you allow these three factors inside you, you will be a product of them. And going back to the predictability, if you are able to break through the initial defensive points and see and say, yes I am preprogrammed and who I am is a lie right now, and what I am is a product, is not my choice, is not my decision, and that I lack the power and understanding to change, then there with that honesty you can start empowering yourself. Because look, if the mind is predictable, then you can use that to your advantage. When its predictable, you know what will happen in certain situations and with certain experiences. So you can subvert the expectations, you can break the programming by going against it. You can empower yourself and really move your body to do something different. That is breaking the chains of programming.

You will not be able to know Freedom until you actually achieve the freedom from the points of programming inside of you. Imagining something is not the very thing itself, and even that, it is your own creation within your deficient experience. You can't know and you don't know. What you are currently is, as you can see in your moments, is defined according to the trio of emotions, feelings and thoughts. Enslavement is your experience right now. And to change your reality requires changing your reality by stopping these points of enslavement. That is the only way. It is tempting to use your enslavement tools to make yourself feel better by imagining you are free or you are achieving levels of freedom. When all the while you are simply digging yourself a deeper hole to remain in.
