You are an Onion of layers of information

Let us look at the human being. Within the human being there are layers of information, systems and programming. For example, breathing is an action that has specific information that says that the body must breathe. This kind of information is on a deep physical level, one which you can't easily or readily change. You can see for yourself, if you try to hold your breath, your body will force you to breathe. Also you can see how you don't have to pay attention to breathing for it to happen. Probably 99% of the breaths you have taken you weren't even aware of, right? You can consider too all the innumerable actions and movements the body has that you don't consciously make happen, such as your heart beating, your digestive system, your temperature regulation, your hydration system, waste system, cleansing system, muscle repair, cell birth etc... Granted however, you do have an influence on these systems both directly and indirectly.

So evidently there is much information stored in the body. In comparison to the above information which is very deep, and very physical, you also have information inside you that is of a different nature. Word based and picture based information, as well as memories. So these are more mental information. These are things that you stimulate and you make simulations with, that you think about, imagine with, sing with, play with. And unfortunately all of this information is learned through thinking and feeling and creating mental memories. However, some of this information is actually learned in a similar fashion as taking a breath. It is absorbed within you. This is evident when you were a young child, only a few years of age. At this time you literally absorbed your spoken language, and learned various sorts of information from facial recognition, visual analysis and understanding, sound production etc... which are so complex and intricate. However, we are not aware of the complexity because we learned it physically, without having to use our minds to think about things. It was as easy as an inhalation. If we had to relearn our native language from scratch, as adults, we would NEVER reach the same level of mastery, because the method of learning we employ as adults is simply inferior to the way learning occurs during the first few years of life.

The information that we aware of on a daily basis, is .00001% of the total information that is in fact stored inside of us. All of this information includes the thoughts you have thought, the memories you have of every moment, of images, pictures, songs, sounds, emotional experiences, belies, fantasies, imaginations... This is something I can't prove because our awareness can only focus on one thing at a time, so you don't have access to ALL of the information that is inside of you ALL at once. And much of that information is layered, and so is hidden behind other information. But you can over time reveal the information that is inside of you, to yourself. Through writing it down. By writing down the thoughts, memories, pictures, emotions, feelings, and experiences you are mapping out what is in fact inside of you. Thus you are actually becoming more and more aware of what information is inside of you. And why is this important? Why bother to know what is stored inside of you? Well that information that is inside of you is having an influence. It is actually determining who you are, mainly because you are not aware of the information and you have been essentially believing that whatever you happen to think or feel is just who you are, when it is in fact information that is based on years of layered information consisting of memories, emotions, experiences, thoughts, reactions that were stored during the individual moments which they were created and accessed. Thus when you have a thought, that one thought is accessing all of the years of information, or individual programming that actually created and led to that thought as an evolution of information that says this is the most logical conclusion BASED on all the information that is already present and stored there. But what is that information? Because if you don't know then there is no way to really understand the reason why you are having a particular thought. The information there might be something that is harmful to you or others. For example, there might be information from a emotional experience that occurred during the first day of school, where you feared you might lose your mother, and so that shaped and influenced you into being someone controlling so that you can attempt to control and so keep people from ever leaving you so you never have to go through the same experience of sadness, depression, loneliness and insecurity that you felt. But because you are not consciously making such decisions and they are automatically happening, then you will simply react, and just act out your instinct, feeling about what feels right to do, not knowing the real reasons why. You will even simulate reasons why, to excuse your own behavior, such as: this is just who I am, or this is just how I have always been, or this just make sense to do, or that everyone does it!

Accessing the information inside of you is crucial, and the information that acts as the base programming of your personalities, and self-definition, was formed primarily through childhood, where the information was being processed at a very high physical speed, just like how you learned your native language. Ideally, we find a way to again access the ability to absorb information, because we would be able to change the information that is inside of us. But, we first have to become aware of what information is present inside of us, so we can change. And perhaps we will find a way to become aware of all the information that is inside of us, so we can change ourselves. At the moment our current tools is to write out what is inside of us, to understand it, and then forgiving that information, so we can change it into something better for us and everyone. Then we can start living a NEW information, which you write out for yourself, that will replace you previous response and be your new response.

There is an intersection between programming for your personalities and the deep physical programming that regulates your heart rate and breathing for example. This intersection means that when you access personalities it can also influence and change you physical body parts, such as the heart or lungs. For example, you become afraid of someone who is so handsome or beautiful, and you feel inferior when seeing them. Access these thoughts and emotional experiences, will also access any physical programming which can be for example, your heart rate increasing, your breath becoming shallow. You neck feeling weak, and you tilt it to the side, and you hunch your back, and you tend to look down. Maybe your palm starts sweating, and feel trembling. So literally, your personality is changing your body in how it function and operates. Imagine, that for one moment the body was fine, and taking care of its usual maintenance, and digestion, and other daily tasks, and then BAM!!! Here comes this emotional experience and the body starts pumping more blood for no apparent benefit, and the muscles start moving and twisting in awkward and unusual positions. This creates an imbalance for sure, and it creates a strain. And if this occurs for many years, it will begin to shape the structure of the body and even weaken it to a point of compromise where disease can creep in easily. The information on the physical level moves very quickly, and it doesn't even require you think about anything in order to create the experience. Because the information is moving at the same pace that the body moves, which is at the fastest level. So its basically instant. So this layer of information also needs to be changed as well. It is also the same process of writing out the information, seeing it, forgiving it, and changing it. It is more challenging however because you need to do something different. The difference is to actually become aware of your body, and SIT within it, where you amalgamate, and join the body again. Where you move the body. Where you move the breathe, the heart, the muscles. To create again the stability that the body requires, and is its Baseline state, ideal for maintenance.
